APPSC Food Safety Officer 2021 Eligibility
Candidates interested to apply for Food safety officer recruitment must fulfill the eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification and age limit. If they failed to do so, their application form will not be accepted and they will not be eligible to appear in the written exam conducted for the post of Food Safety Officer.
Educational Qualification
The educational qualification to apply for APPSC Food Inspector (Food safety officer) is that the candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines.

APPSC Food Safety Officer 2021 Age Limit (As On 01 July 2021)
There is some limitation in the terms of age limit for the post of Food Safety Officer. The age of the candidates must be a minimum of 18 years. Thus, the candidates whose age is lower than 18 years are not eligible to apply for the exam.
On the other side, the maximum age limit for the candidates is 42 years. So, candidates who have crossed the age of 42 years need not apply as their application form will not be accepted.
However, there are some criteria for relaxation for the candidates of the reserved category.

Application Fee
No application form is said to be completed if the application fee is not paid. The applicants will have to pay Rs.250 as the processing fees along with Rs.80 as the examination fees.
However, candidates from SC/ST/BC/ PH (except VH) & Ex-Servicemen who belong to Andhra Pradesh state only are exempted from paying examination fees. They need to pay only Rs.250 which is the application processing fee.
But candidates from SC/ST/BC who belong to the other state are not exempted from payment of application processing as well as examination fees.
Mode Of Payment
AP Food Safety Officer mode of payment will be online using debit/credit card or net banking. IPOs / Demand Drafts are not accepted IPOs / Demand Drafts are not accepted. Candidates seeking corrections will have to pay an amount of Rs. 100/- per correction. But such candidates cannot opt for changes/corrections for name, fee & age relaxation.

Candidates will have to complete the OTPR which is one time profile registration which is a mandatory process for every candidate. After OTPR, candidates will be able to fill out the application form.
The candidates will get the application ID and password. Using this ID and password, candidates can fill the application form. After that, the payment of fees shall be made. In the last, the applicant should take the printout of the application form for future use.
