APPSC Group 3 Prelim and Main Hall Tickets 2021 to be made available on the official website of APPSC @psc.ap.gov.in. All the successfully applied candidates can download hall tickets/admit cards to appear in the examination.
The recruitment of candidates for Group III will happen in two phases. The first is the screening test and candidates getting through the screening test will be allowed to take up the main examination. After this, candidates will have to get through the document verification to get short-listed in the final list. However, the hall ticket will be released by APPSC 7 days before the date of the screening test and 7 days before the main test.

APPSC Group 3 Admit Card 2021 | Screening Test
Candidates who have successfully applied for the post of Panchayat Secretary (Grade-IV) will be able to download hall tickets to be issued soon to appear for the screening test. APPSC Group 3 screening test is likely to be held on April 21, 2021. Hall tickets for the same will be issued by the Commission a few days before the date of examination.
Hall tickets for screening test will be issued on the Commission’s Website viz.,psc.ap.gov.in. Candidates who want to download their hall ticket will be needed to enter and submit their OTPR user id and password.
APPSC Group 3 Hall Ticket 2021 | Main Exam
Candidates who qualify in the screening test will be shortlisted and called for the main examination. APPSC Group 3 main examination is likely to be conducted online through a computer-based test on August 02, 2021. The commission will issue admit cards for the main examination a few days before the date of examination.
Candidates shortlisted for APPSC Group 3 main examination will be able to download their hall tickets through the Commission’s Website. The process to download hall tickets for the APPSC Group 3 main examination is similar to the process to download hall tickets for APPSC Group 3 screening test.
How To Get APPSC Group 3 Hall Ticket?
As mentioned earlier, candidates can get the hall ticket a few days before the date of the screening examination and Main examination. Here is the process of getting the hall ticket for both the Prelim and Main exams:
- Candidates, who have applied for the Group III recruitment after ensuring that they meet the eligibility requirement, will have to visit the official website of APPSC a few days before the date of the screening examination or Main Exam.
- Once they visit the website @ psc.ap.gov.in, they will see a live link on the home page of APPSC stating Group III Hall Ticket or Admit Card.
- When they click on this link, candidates will be prompted to provide their registration number and DOB at the appropriate places. In other words, they should use their APPSC login credentials such as OTPR user id and password.
- Once they submit these details, candidates can see their admit cards.
- They should make sure that all the details provided in the hall ticket are correct.
- In the case of any discrepancies, candidates will have to inform the authorities and get it corrected.
- Otherwise, they can download the admit card on their system.
- Finally, they should take a printout of the admit card and must carry it to the examination hall.
- Also, it is compulsory for applicants to carry a printed hall ticket.
Details On The Admit Card
Candidates will find their personal details and other details like
- Name
- Fathers name
- DOB
- Gender
- Signature of Applicant
- Registration number
- Test centre and venue address
- Issuing authority signature
- Subjects
- Time etc.
Further, they will find that the time at which they will have to enter the examination hall would have been mentioned in the hall ticket. Candidates arriving late than the time mentioned in the hall ticket will not be allowed to take the test and also they cannot leave the examination hall until the expiry of the full time.
The starting time and the ending time of the examination would have been mentioned in the hall ticket. If there are any discrepancies in the hall ticket related to Date of Birth or community or any other information, the candidate can bring it to the notice of the Chief Superintendent/Commission’s officials in the examination centre.
When they do this, appropriate corrections will be made in the nominal roll in the examination hall against the hall ticket number of the candidate. At the examination centre, each and every candidate will have to satisfy the invigilator about his/her identity with reference to the photographs and the signature and photographs available on the Nominal Rolls and Hall Ticket.

What Should Not Be Carried To The Examination Hall?
It is compulsory for the test takers to remember that they cannot interchange or loan articles among the other test-takers. They should not bring pagers, cell phones, and other such electronic devices to the examination hall. About AP Group 3 Exam
The screening test will have 150 questions and the test will be conducted for two hours and thirty minutes. The total mark for the screening test is 150.
For the main examination, there will be two papers. Each of these papers carries 150 marks each, thereby making a total of 300 marks for the main examination. When each correct answer carries one mark, there will be a negative marking of 0.33 for every wrong answer both for the screening test and the main examination.
The papers in the Main examination are General Studies & Mental Ability (Paper 1) and Rural Development and Problems in Rural Areas with special reference to Andhra Pradesh (Paper 2).
Examination Centre
Candidates will have to take the written test only in the district for which they are willing to work. The APPSC will not entertain a change of centre under any situation. The test will be conducted in all 13 districts in the Andhra Pradesh State.
