Candidates getting through the objective type test with the marks specified by the Bank of Baroda will alone be allowed to take up the descriptive test. Based on the candidates shortlisted from both tests, they will have to get through the psychometric test, group discussion and personal interview.
Candidates shortlisted from these processes will get admission to the 9-month Post Graduate Certificate course in Banking and Finance.
