BCECE Application Form 2021 [Registration] : BCECE apply online process commences on 14 August 2021@ bceceboard.bihar.gov.in/. The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board has released the online application form for Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Exam [BCECE] 2021 on its official website. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online for BCECE 2021 by 5 September 2021. Candidates are not required to send copies of the application form to the exam conducting authorities.
Candidates who want to appear in BCECE 2021 are required to submit the application form online before the last date of registration. Moreover, candidates should not forget to print their submitted application form as they will be asked to produce a printed copy of the BCECE application form at the time of counseling. Before applying to BCECE, interested candidates are requested to go through BCECE eligibility criteria as mentioned below.

BCECE 2021 Eligibility Criteria course wise has been mentioned below.
For Engineering and Pharmacy Courses
Academic
- For Engineering and Technology (4-year course) –Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any one subject from Biotechnology / Chemistry /Biology as an optional subject with aggregate 45% marks (40% marks for candidates belonging to SC / ST / BC category)
- For Pharmacy (4-year course) – Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects and any one subject from Mathematics / Biology as an optional subject with aggregate 45% marks (40%marks for candidates belonging to SC / ST / BC category)
- Candidates who will appear in the 10+2 or equivalent examinations can also apply. However, at the time of the interview, they’ll have to obtain a passing certificate for the qualifying exam
Nationality and Domicile
The applicant should be an Indian citizen and
- parents are the permanent resident of Bihar OR
- parents are registered refugees in Bihar OR
- parents are from other states but the employee of the Bihar Government OR
- parents are the employee of the United Nations Organisation and are currently posted in Bihar OR
- parents are employees of Govt. of India and but posted in Bihar or employee of central organization operated by Public sector Undertaking of Govt. Of India
Physical Test
Candidates shortlisted for admission will have to undergo a medical test and only medical test qualified candidates will be considered for admission. This test will be charged separately.
Age limit
There’s no minimum age limit for admissions into Engineering / Pharmacy courses. However, candidates will have to satisfy the age limit rules of the respective college/institute if they will nominate a seat for admission offered by the institute from outside of Bihar
For Medical Courses
Nationality and Domicile

Academic
- For Medical (5-year course) – Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, English, Chemistry, and Biology with aggregate 50% marks (40% marks for candidates belonging to SC / ST / EBC category)
- For BUMS course from Tibbi College, Patna– along with all the above qualifications, a candidate must have studied Urdu as a full-time course at the secondary level
Age limit
As of December 31, 2021, candidates should be 17 years old. Candidates should not be born after Dec 31, 2000.
Physical Test
Candidates shortlisted for admission will have to undergo a medical test and only medical test qualified candidates will be considered for admission. This test will be charged separately.
For Agriculture, Veterinary Science, and Animal Husbandry streams

By July 1st, 2021, candidates should have attained the age of 17 years. There is no upper age limit.

Academic
- Passed ISC / 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum 60% marks (50% marks for candidates belonging to SC / ST category) and should have studied Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics as compulsory subjects in the qualifying class/standard.
OR
- Passed B.Sc. course with the same above-mentioned subjects and 50% marks (45% marks for candidates belonging to SC / ST category)

Before starting filling the BCECE 2021 application form, candidates must keep ready the following things/documents
- Valid as well as active email ID and mobile number; both things will be used for the verification at the time of registration
- A scanned copy of the candidate’s PP size color image; the scanned file should be in JPEG or JPG format with a size less than 100 kb

How To Fill The BCECE Application Form 2021?
Before filling the BCECE 2021 application form, candidates will have to first register on the official website of BCECE. After going through the registration process, they can apply by filling and submitting the BCECE application form 2021. Steps to complete the registration and application process are given below.
- Open the official website of BCECE or simply click here
- Find and click on the ‘Apply for BCECE-2021’ link
- You will see a login page with several options
- Find and click on the tab ‘New Registration’
- Registration page for new users will be displayed
- Now enter all the required details or select the appropriate options
- Firstly, select the course group then enter your full name – ‘First, Middle & Last Name’
- Select date of birth then confirm the domicile status
- Select category then enter the valid and active email ID and personal mobile number
- Enter and confirm the password of your choice
- Select any security question then answer it
- Write the captcha code
- Cross check and verify all the details then click on the ‘Sign up’ button
- Instantly, you will receive an ‘Activation Code’ on your provided e-mail Id and mobile number; use it to activate your account
- Once your account is activated, you will be able to login using the registered e-mail Id and password created
- After login, enter your father’s / mother’s name then select ‘Gender’ and other options
- Write district name and permanent address
- Then go to the next step to upload the scanned images/files
- Photo to be scanned should be of the dimension – 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm; the scanned file should be in the JPEG or JPG format and the size of the file should not be more than 100 kb
- Signature to be scanned should be taken on a white plain paper using either a blue or black ink pen; scanned file format should be JPEG or JPG and size must be less than 100 kb; signature should not be taken in capital alphabets
- After uploading the scanned files, you will have to enter the educational information such as your class 10th & 12th college name, year of passing, board name, and passing status
- Now, preview your application form and make the changes if required
- After reviewing the details, you must save the application form then read and accept the declaration statement to proceed with the payment of the fee
- You can pay the fee either through online mode using debit/credit card/internet banking or offline mode through the bank challan
- After making the payment, you are required to download and print the Part A & Part B of your BCECE application Form 2021
- Keep safe the printed copies of both Part A & Part B of the application form for future reference; both the printed copies will be asked from the candidates at the time of counseling

Mode Of Payment
To pay the registration fees, both modes will be available.
- Online mode – pay the registration fee using debit card/credit card/internet banking; additional charges to be paid by the candidates
- Offline mode – Firstly, download and print the challan form then submit it at the respective bank along with the applicable registration fee
After making the payment of the registration fee, candidates must validate their payment status by logging through the BCECE login page.
How To Correct Application Form?
Once the dates of submitting the online application form will be over, the board will provide the facility of online editing of the application form (09.09.2021 to 11.09.2021). By availing of this facility, candidates can make corrections in their final submitted application form. The correction window will be open for 2 or 3 days. After passing this duration, candidates will not able to make changes/corrections in their filled application form. Q. I Don’t Have Any Credit or Debit Card. How Can I Pay The Registration Fee?
A. Don’t worry if you don’t have a credit or debit card. You can make the payment offline using the bank’s challan form. To pay the fee through challan, you are required to generate and print the e-challan form. Take it to the respective bank and submit it along with the requisite registration fee.
