On 27^th Oct 2017, the Board of High School and Intermediate Education U.P. (familiar as UP Board) has released the official date sheets of 10^th and 12^th examinations. Released date sheets are valid for the academic year 2017-18. According to the official UP Board examinations date sheet, this year, high school & intermediate examination will starts from 6^th Feb 2018 (Tuesday) and ends on 10^th March 2018 (Saturday). UP Board Main Examinations (10^th/12^th) Number of Centres and candidates

UP Board is one of the most popular educational boards in the state of Uttar Pradesh. It is also known as माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद, उत्तर प्रदेश. It operates directly under the state government i.e. Government of Uttar Pradesh. Being a state-level board, every year UP Board conducts main examinations (10^th & 12^th) in nearly 90 districts across the state. Names of few districts are Lucknow, Agra, Etah, Aligarh, Kasganj, Hathras, Ghaziabad, Bijnor, Rampur, Budaun, Moradabad, Shamli, Hardoi etc. Exact number of students who write the examination in 2018 is still unknown. But it is expected that, more than 50 lakh candidates will appear in UP Board 2018’s main examinations (10^th & 12^th).

According to our sources, it is estimated that for the academic session 2017-18, around 30 lakhs candidates have registered for high school examinations and nearly 20 lakhs students have registered for intermediate examinations.

Each year in the month of Feb, March and April, the Board of High School and Intermediate Education U.P. conduct state level examinations for candidates of high school and intermediate. According to UP Board officials, every year the Board of High School and Intermediate Education U.P. successfully conducts examinations for more than 5 million candidates.

How To Download UP Board Date Sheet for 10th & 12th Examination?

At school level, high school and intermediate examinations are the last examination of each candidate. Moreover, 10th & 12th examinations are very important for students. After qualifying these examinations, a candidate will get admission to higher education level i.e. college. As per official date sheet, UP Board will conduct 10^th and 12^th examination in two shifts i.e. morning & afternoon. Morning shift exam timing will be from 7:30 am to 10:45 am and afternoon shift exam timing will be 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm. All the candidates are advised to reach their examination centres at least 15 minutes before the starting of exam to avoid any disturbance.
