CG TET 2021 [Apply Online, Syllabus] : Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CPEB) will release CG TET 2021 notification in February 2021 (Tentative). CG TET Online form 2021 will be available on the official website of the Board from the date of notification from 14th Feb 2021 to 1 March 2021. Candidates who want to be eligible for employment as a teacher in classes I to VIII will have to apply for CG TET 2021 exam by filling in CG TET online form 2021 which will be available on cgvyapam.choice.gov.in.

About Chhattisgarh TET
Chhattisgarh TET is a state-level test conducted by the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CPEB) for determining the eligibility of candidates for the post of teacher in class I to VIII.
In 2021, CG TET will be held for the fourth time. Candidates who manage to pass the CG TET exam can apply for teacher recruitment conducted for Class I to VIII. CG TET 2021 will consist of two papers to be held on the same day in the morning as well as afternoon sessions. Paper I will be held for teaching at the primary level (for classes I to V) whereas Paper 2 will be held for teaching at the upper primary level (for classes VI to VIII). CG TET Eligibility 2021
Candidates who will be applying for CG TET 2021 must ensure the following eligibility conditions.
Minimum Qualifications
For Teaching At Primary level (Class 1 to 5)
- Graduation and D.El.Ed. of 2-year duration OR
- Senior Secondary or it’s equivalent with minimum 50% marks and D.El.Ed. in Special Education (2-year duration) OR
- Senior Secondary or it’s equivalent with minimum 50% marks and B.El.Ed. of 4-year duration OR
- Senior Secondary or it’s equivalent with minimum 45% marks and D.El.Ed. of 2-year duration as per NCTE Regulation 2002
- Senior Secondary or it’s equivalent with minimum 50% marks and D.El.Ed. of 2-year duration
For Teaching At Primary Level (Class 6 to 8)
- Graduation and D.El.Ed. of 2-year duration OR
- Graduation with 50% marks and B.Ed. of 1-year or 2-year duration OR
- Graduation with 45% marks and B.Ed. of 1-year or 2-year duration as per NCTE regulations OR
- Senior Secondary or it’s equivalent with minimum 50% marks and B.El.Ed. of 4-year duration OR
- Senior Secondary or it’s equivalent with minimum 50% marks and B.A. Ed. / B.Sc. Ed. or B.A. / B.Sc.Ed. of 4-year duration
- Graduation with 50% marks and B.Ed. in Special Education of 1-year or 2-year duration
Note
- Relaxation of up to 5% in the qualifying marks in minimum educational qualification can apply to candidates belonging to differently abled / OBC / SC / ST categories
- Candidates appearing in the final year examination of minimum educational qualification can also apply to CG TET 2021 exam
- Persons with D.Ed. or B.Ed. in Special Education will have to go through a 6-month Special Programme in Elementary Education recognized by NCTE after the appointment
CG TET Online Form 2021
CG TET Online Form 2021 will be available from 14th Feb 2021 in online mode on the website of CPEB. Candidates who want to appear for CG TET 2021 exam will be needed to submit an online application along with prescribed fees before the last date i.e. 1 March 2021.
How To Fill In CG TET Online Form 2021?
- Open the official website of CPEB or click here
- Click on the ‘TET’ tab
- Find and click on the ‘TET 2021 Application form’ link
- A new page will open up with the main heading – ‘ONLINE APPLICATION FOR TET 2021’
- The same page will have CG TET online form 2021 for new users
- Select your qualification (degree or diploma)
- The select exam you want to apply for ‘Primary (For Teaching in Class I to V) or Upper Primary (For Teaching in Class VI to VIII) or Both Primary and Upper Primary’
- Select subject combination (for upper primary) – ‘Science & Maths’ or ‘Social Studies / Social Science’
- Enter your name, father’s / mother’s names
- Select date of birth, gender, domicile status, category
- Select ‘Yes’ if you are a person with a disability (PWD) otherwise ‘No’
- Enter height and weight
- Download image format then print it
- On the printed page, paste your recent photo on the prescribed space then write your name, make your signature in the given boxes, and left-hand thumb impression
- Your photo, name, signature, and left-hand thumb impression should be on the same page; scan the page in JPEG format then upload it in CG TET online form 2021; the size of the scanned page should be between 40 kb and 50 kb
- Enter your identification mark
- Enter your contact information
- Enter your mobile number and email ID
- Provide your ‘Exam City preference’
- Read and accept the declaration
- Enter the code as shown in the given image
- Click on tab ‘Submit’
- You will see a new window with 2 options ‘Continue’ and ‘Edit’
- Make changes in your CG TET online form 2021, if required by clicking on the ‘Edit’ option
- Otherwise, click on the ‘Continue’ tab to verify your submitted application
- Then click on ‘Pay’
- Pay the application fee and print your final submitted CG TET online form 2021
Application Fee
- General candidates will have to pay an amount of Rs. 350/- to apply for a single paper and Rs. 600/- for both papers
- OBC candidates will have to pay an amount of Rs. 250/- to apply for a single paper and Rs. 400/- for both papers
- SC / ST and PWD candidates will have to pay an amount of Rs. 200/- to apply for a single paper and Rs. 300/- for both papers

Candidates can pay their CG TET online form 2021 fees through debit card, credit card, and internet banking. Additional transaction charges are applicable.

CG TET Exam Pattern 2021
- CG TET 2021 will consist of two papers – Paper 1 & Paper 2. Paper 1 will be for those candidates who want to be eligible for teaching in classes 1 to 5 whereas Paper 2 will be for those who want to be eligible for teaching in classes 6 to 8.
- Candidates who want to be eligible for both levels or all classes i.e. 1 to 8 will have to write both the papers i.e. Paper 1 & Paper 2.
- Each paper will have 150 multiple choice questions to be solved in 2 ½ hours. Each question will be of 1 mark and there will be no negative marking.
- All the MCQs will be in English and Hindi.

CG TET Exam Date 2021
CG TET 2021 exam date will be notified in due course. Both the papers of the CG TET 2021 exam i.e. Paper I and Paper II will be held on the same day but in different meetings. Paper I for classes I to V will be held in the first meeting or morning session (9:30 am to 12:15 pm) whereas Paper-II will be held in the afternoon session (2:00 pm to 4:45 pm).

CG TET Qualifying Marks (Passing Marks/ Cutoff)
Candidates who appear for CG TET 2021 exam will have to score at least 60% marks to qualify the examination whereas candidates belonging to SC / ST, OBC-NCL categories will be required to score at least 50% marks to qualify CG TET exam.
CG TET Certificate
Candidates who manage to qualify CG TET will get a TET certificate which should be produced while recruitment. Rest candidates will get the mark sheet only.
