Education Qualifications
As on 21 September 2021, candidates who wish to apply for EPFO social security assistant recruitment 2021 must have a degree from any recognized university/institution or equivalent. In addition to this, candidates must possess a speed of a minimum of 5000 key depressions/hour for data entry work. A Computer Training Certificate is a desirable qualification.

Application Fee & Mode Of Payment
SC / ST / PwBD / Female Candidates / Ex-Servicemen will have to pay an amount of Rs. 250/- towards EPFO Assistant Application fee whereas candidates belonging to the rest categories will have to pay an amount of Rs. 500/- as their EPFO Social Security Assistant Application fee. Tax/bank transaction charges, if any, have to be borne by the candidates.
Candidates can make payments online by using credit cards, debit cards, internet banking, cash cards / mobile wallets, and IMPS. After making payment, candidates should print an e-Receipt which will be auto-generated on successful completion of a transaction.

EPFO Social Security Assistant Exam Pattern & Syllabus
EPFO Social Security Assistant recruitment will include three phases. Phase I will be a preliminary examination whereas Phase II will be the main examination and then Phase III Computer Skill Test (Computer Data Entry Test) will be conducted.
Phase I Preliminary Examination
Candidates who successfully apply for EPFO Social Security Assistant Recruitment 2021 will be eligible to appear for the Phase I preliminary examination to be conducted on 31st August and 1st September 2021 at various examination centers across the nation.
- Phase I prelims will be an objective test having 100 MCQs distributed in three parts/subjects.
- Each MCQ will be of 1 mark and max. marks will be 100.
- For every incorrect answer, 1/4th of the mark assigned to that question will be deducted.
- Candidates will get 20 minutes to solve MCQs in every part/subject i.e., the overall time duration will be 1 hour (60 minutes).
- Phase I prelims will be qualifying in nature as well as marks will not be considered for final merit. However, on the basis of performance in Phase I, candidates will be shortlisted for Phase II.

Phase II Main Examination
- Candidates who secure cut off / qualifying marks in Prelims will be shortlisted and called for Phase II main examination.
- The Main examination will have 150 objective type questions distributed in 4 subjects/tests and 3 descriptive type questions for 30 marks.
- Phase II marks will be considered for final selection.
- On the basis of performance in Phase II, candidates will be shortlisted for Phase III (Skill test) in the ratio of 1:5.

Candidates who secure cut off / qualifying marks in Phase II main examination will be shortlisted and called to appear for the Computer Skill Test. It will be qualifying in nature and conducted to assess the speed and accuracy of candidates for Data Entry Work. The minimum requirement is 5000 key depressions per hour.

EPFO Social Security Assistant Call letter 2021
EPFO Social Security Assistant Call letters 2021 for online tests (Phase I & Phase II) and Skill test (Phase III) will be available online only. For downloading call letters, candidates will have to visit the EPFO’s website and use the registration number/roll number and password/date of birth. After downloading and printing call letters, candidates must paste their latest passport size photo on it; the photo to be affixed on the call letter must be the same as provided at the time of registration.
How To Download Call Letter?
- Open the EPFO’s website
- Click on the ‘Download call letter’ link
- A new window having a login section will be displayed on the screen
- Enter and submit the asked details such as registration number/roll number and password/date of birth
- After login, find and click on the appropriate link to download the call letter
- Once the call letter is download, print it on the A4 size paper
- Don’t forget to paste a photo on the call letter
While appearing for the examination, candidates must bring their call letter and Photo Identity Proof. Candidates must report on the time mentioned on their call letter for examination otherwise they will not be allowed to write the examination.

Result of Phase I / Phase II and Phase III will be published on EPFO’s website. After conducting an examination of each phase, EPFO will release its result.
EPFO SSA Cut Off 2021
Along with the result of Phase I & Phase II examinations, the Organization will also release cutoffs / minimum qualifying marks. Candidates who score at least or above cut off of Phase I examination will be shortlisted for Phase-II examination whereas those who score above cut off of Phase-II examination will be shortlisted for Phase III skill test.
