Federal Bank PO & Clerk 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
A candidate applying for Federal Bank recruitment 2021 must be a citizen of India.
Place of domicile
An applicant must be from any of the following states-
- For the post of Clerks – Tamil Nadu, Punjab, New Delhi, Maharashtra, Kerala, Karnataka or Haryana.
- For the post of Officers – Tamil Nadu, Punjab, New Delhi, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Kerala, Gujarat, Karnataka, or Haryana.
Note – At the time of the personal interview, all the applicants should have to produce a domicile certificate in support of their eligibility
Age Limit (As on 01 July 2021)
- Clerks – An applicant should be born on or after 1 July 1994 which means their upper age limit shall not be more than 24 years
- Officers – An applicant should be born on or after 1 July 1992 which means their upper age limit shall not be more than 26 years
Educational Qualifications
Clerks
- Applicant must have passed graduation or post-graduation examination in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks
- Such applicants who have done the only graduation must have obtained a degree in either 2020 (AY 2019-20) or 2021 (AY 2020-21)
- Applicants who have done post-graduation must have obtained a degree in either 2020 (AY 2019-20) or 2021 (AY 2020-21)
- From class 10th onwards, applicants should have finished their academics in a regular mode of study with a consistent academic record (should have obtained at least 60% marks in class 10th, 12th, graduation & post-graduation [if applicable]
Officers
- Applicant must have passed post-graduation examination in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks
- Applicants who have done post-graduation must have passed & obtained a PG degree in either 2019 (AY 2018-19) or 2021 (AY 2019-20)
- From class 10th onwards, applicants should have finished their academics in a regular mode of study with a consistent academic record (should have obtained at least 60% marks in class 10th, 12th, graduation & post-graduation)

- Enter your basic details such as ‘first name’, ‘middle name’, ‘mobile no.’ etc.

- Upload scanned files of your latest photo & signature
- Enter more details to complete your online application form
- Preview your application form and go to the payment page
- On the payment page, you will see a few options through which you can make payment online
- Use any of the available payment options as per your convenience and make payment online
- After making payment, print your application form along with the payment receipt

Note:

Phase II – Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI)
After conducting the Phase I Online aptitude test, the bank will shortlist candidates and called them for Phase two. It will be a Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI) round.
Federal Bank PO & Clerk 2021 Salary / Scale of Pay
- Clerks – Rs. 11,765/ to Rs. 31,540/-
- Officers (in Scale I) – Rs. 23,700/- to Rs. 42,020/-
- Both Clerks and Officers will also be eligible for HRA / Additional HRA, DA, Medical, and other allowances.
Probation Period
- Clerks – 6 months
- Officers – 2 years

The bank will issue a call letter for an online aptitude test / GD & PI to each applicant through its website. For downloading call letter, applicants are required to follow few below mentioned steps

- Go to the ‘Careers’ page
- You will see the ‘Call Letter’ downloading link; click on the click
- Enter your registration no. / roll number
- Enter your password/date of birth
- Click on tab ‘Submit’
- Your call letter will be displayed/downloaded
- Print it on the A4 size paper
Federal Bank PO & Clerks 2021 Result
