GUJCET Results 2019 – Score Card, Merit List, Cut Off, Counselling

GUJCET 2019 Results Release Date

The release of GUJCET result will happen on the official website of GUJCET at gujcet.gseb.org/. Candidates should know their seat number, which is a six-digit number to know their results in GUJCET 2019. The result will be published only on the official website and so it will be easier for candidates to check their results. Candidates can expect their results for GUJCET 2019 tentatively in the second week of April 2019 after the test is conducted on the 30th of March 2019.

GUJCET Answer Key

Before announcing the results, the convening authority will publish the answer key for GUJCET 2019. On the basis of the answers given in the official answer key, candidates can somewhat judge the score. Judging the score before the declaration of results will help candidates to know in which colleges, they have the chances of getting admission. The answer key will be released tentatively on the first week of April 2019.

One more final answer key will also be published by the convening authority. In the middle of the initial and the final answer key, the test-takers will be provided with a gap, which can be used by candidates for raising objections to some questions. How To Check GUJCET Result 2019?

Candidates will have to check their results from the official website of GUJCET 2019 and the process is as follows:

  • Candidates will have to visit the website of GUJCET at gujcet.gseb.org/
  • On this website, they will find the space to log in right on the homepage
  • On this page, candidates will have to provide their 6-digit seat number
  • Then, they will have to enter their 10-digit mobile number
  • Thereafter on the third tab, they will have to enter their password
  • Then, they will have to click on the “Login” tab
  • Even, if they forget their password, they have the option called “Forget Password”. When they click on this, they will get the password to their email that they can use for login
  • They will find their result displayed on the screen
  • They will have to ensure the correctness of details and should download it for future reference.

Details on GUJCET Score Card

Candidates will find the following details on their result card:

  • Name
  • Roll Number
  • Marks Secured overall
  • Marks Secured in each subject
  • Rank secured

Merit List Of GUJCET 2019

The Admission Committee for Professional Courses will release the merit list for GUJCET 2019. This will happen tentatively in the third week of June 2019. To prepare the merit list, the convening authority will give 60% weightage to the 10+2 score of the test takers and 40% weightage to the marks they have secured in GUJCET 2019. Based on their merit, candidates will be ranked and they will be invited for counselling based on the rank. To gain access to the merit list, candidates will have to visit the website of GUJCET and will have to log in using their roll number/User ID and password and should check the merit list based on the branch and category to which they belong. The reason is that different merit lists will be published for different branches of engineering and different category of applicants.

GUJCET 2019 Cut Off

The Admission Committee of Professional Courses will declare the cut-off for GUJCET 2019. Based on the result and eligibility for GUJCET 2019, candidates will get an entry to the participating institutions. Knowing the qualifying cut-off of different institutions will help candidates to determine whether they are eligible for admission to those institutions. However, the institutes will publish the cut-off for 2019 only after the results are out. GUJCET Counselling 2019

The final admission will be based only on counselling. However, before they can register for the counselling process, candidates will have to visit the designated branches of Kotak Mahindra Bank. On one of these branches, they will have to purchase the information booklet and a 14-digit PIN Number. They will have to pay the registration fee of Rs.350 as well. Using the PIN, candidates will have to fill up the counselling application form and should submit it.

They will have to submit this form online, but they will have to take a print out of the application and should carry it with them during the document verification process. Candidates will have to do choice filling only in online mode. The seat allotment will happen on the basis of availability of seats, merit and preference marked by candidates.
