1. Haryana Civil Services Exam (HCS)
Haryana Civil Services Exam is a three-stage selection process. First stage will be a Preliminary Exam and those who qualify the Preliminary Exam will be called to appear for the Main Exam. Candidates who qualify the Main Exam have to go through a Personal Interview.
For making final selection on different posts of Haryana Civil Services, HPSC will prepare a merit list of candidates on the basis of marks obtained by them in the Main Exam and Interview.

2. Haryana Judicial Services Exam – Civil Judge (HSC Judicial Branch)
Selection for the post of Civil Judge under Haryana Judicial Services will be made by HPSC by conducting a Preliminary Exam, a Main Exam and a Personal Interview. Candidates who successfully apply will have to appear for Preliminary Exam qualifying which will make them eligible to appear for the Main Exam. Finally, candidates who qualify the Main Exam will be called for Interview.
After conducting Interview, HPSC will prepare a merit list for final selection as per the aggregate marks scored by them in the Main Exam and Interview.

Assistant Labour Commissioner post will be filled by conducting a Written Exam and Interview. Written Exam will be conducted for all the candidates who successfully apply while only those candidates will be called to appear for the interview who qualify the Written Exam.
