Candidates will have to visit the official website of the IBPS before each stage of examination from which they can download the admit card as stated in the notification issued by IBPS for the RRB Officer Recruitment. IBPS RRB Call Letter for PET 2021
IBPS will conduct pre-exam training for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes/ Minority Communities. Candidates eligible to avail of the benefit of per exam training will have to mention the same in the online application form. Candidates shortlisted by IBPS for pre-examination training will be issued a call letter on IBPS official website and candidates will be able to download it from 9 July 2021.
IBPS RRB PO Admit Card (Officer Scale I)
IBPS RRB PO Prelim Exam Admit Card
Candidates who successfully apply for the post of ‘Officer Scale I’ will be eligible to download a call letter for the preliminary examination. IBPS RRB PO/Officer Scale I Prelim will be conducted on 1,7,8,14,15th August 2021, and an admit card for the same will be issued in July 2021.
Once the admit card will be uploaded on the website of IBPS, it will inform eligible candidates by sending them an intimation mail or message on their registered email ID / mobile number. Candidates can download admit card for preliminary examination by using their Registration/ Roll number and DOB/ Password on the website of IBPS.
IBPS RRB PO Main Exam Admit Card
IBPS RRB PO/Officer Scale I Prelim exam will be held on 25 Sep 2021 and a call letter for the main examination will be available to download tentatively in Sep 2021. Candidates who clear the preliminary examination of Officer Scale I by scoring cut off marks to be decided by IBPS will be eligible to appear for the main examination.
Such candidates will be required to download their call letters from the website of IBPS by using their login credentials i.e. Registration/Roll No. and DOB/ Password otherwise they will not be permitted to take up the main examination.
IBPS RRB PO Interview Call Letter
Candidates who clear the main examination to be conducted for Officer Scale I by securing minimum cut-off marks to be decided by IBPS will be shortlisted and called for an Interview to be held most probably in Oct/Nov 2021.
Call letters to candidates shortlisted for an interview will be issued in online mode through the official website of IBPS. To download call letters, candidates will have to use their IBPS RRB officer Registration No./ Roll No and DOB/ Password.
IBPS RRB Admit card for Officer Scale-II & III
Single Examination Call Letter
Candidates who successfully apply for Officer II or Officer III will be eligible to download an admit card for a single examination. For both Officer II and III, there will be a single examination to be held in Oct/Nov 2021. Admit cards for a single examination will be uploaded on the website of IBPS most probably in Oct/Nov 2021.
Candidates who will be appearing for a single examination must have a valid admit card/call letter downloaded from the institution’s website after using Registration No. and DOB/ Password otherwise they will not be allowed to write the examination.
Interview Call Letter
Candidates who pass in the single level examination by scoring at least or above cutoff marks will be called to appear for an Interview. Interviews will be conducted tentatively in the month of Nov 2021 at centers assigned/selected by IBPS.
Candidates coming for an Interview must bring their documents/certificates in original and self-attested photocopies otherwise their candidature can be canceled and they will not be considered in the further recruitment process.

IBPS RRB Officer Exam 2021 Biometric Authentication
Candidates who would appear for IBPS RRB Officer Exam will have to go through biometric verification. The fingerprint of the candidate’s right thumb will be taken to ensure their identity. Instructions To Be Followed
- Candidates are recommended to apply only for a single post even though recruitment is conducted by the IBPS for different positions in the Regional Rural Banks.
