JET Agriculture 2021 – JET 2021 Application Form : JET Agriculture is a state level entrance exam for admission to the various different courses of agriculture in the institutions that accept the score of JET 2021. JET Agriculture 2021 notification will be released by The Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology. The registration process will commence from first week of March 2021 and the last date to apply online is the 2nd week of April 2021.
- MPUAT offers admission to the interested candidates in the agriculture courses through the Joint Entrance Test (JET) Agriculture.
- The university offers admission to the undergraduate courses of B.Tech. (dairy and food technology) and a B.Sc. (agriculture and horticulture, forestry).
The Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology was established in the year 1999. The jurisdiction of this university has Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs), Dryland Farming Research Station (DFRS), Livestock Research Station (LRS), Agricultural Research SubStations (ARSSs), and Agricultural Research Stations (ARSs) along with the constituent colleges. The university offers many undergraduates and postgraduates courses.
JET Agriculture 2021 Important Dates
Till date, there is no news for any of the official notification. So, there might be a curiosity among aspirants about the dates for the entrance test. Therefore, we are presenting the tentative dates in order to give the hint about the approximate dates related to entrance test.
Keep in mind that these dates are not the official ones. These dates are presented so that the candidates have the rough idea about the beginning process of Joint Entrance Test (JET).

JET Agriculture 2021 Notification
Whenever JET Agriculture notification 2021 will get released, the official website will have detailed information about the exam. The interested candidates can check the official notification on the website which is www.mpuat.ac.in. As we have provided the tentative dates, aspirants can regularly check this page or official website in the month of March.
JET Agriculture 2021 Eligibility
For JET 2021, there are eligibility criteria which need to be fulfilled by the interested candidates. If any of the eligibility criteria is not fulfilled by the candidates, then they will not be considered for Joint Entrance Test 2021 admission.
Domicile
Candidates who are domicile of the state of Rajasthan are eligible to apply for this entrance test only.
Age
Candidate’s age must not exceed 25 years as on 1st January 2021.
Educational Qualification
The candidates must have passed class 12th examination from the recognized Board of the country. However, the candidate must have studied Mathematics, Physics, Biology and Chemistry along with agriculture as their subjects.
In addition to this, minimum marks obtained in class 12th should be at least 50%. But for the reserved candidates, there is a relaxation of 5% marks.
JET 2021 Application Form
Each aspirant who wishes to appear in the Joint Entrance Test has to apply for the entrance test by filling the application form. Candidates must ensure that they should pay the application fees after filling the application form to successfully submit the JET application form.
How To Fill JET 2021 Application Form?
- Candidates will fill the application form via online mode. When you log in to the official website, find and click on Online application form tab
- Read instructions carefully before proceeding further
- You need to fill the personal and educational details and submit to generate registration number
- Enter valid mobile number and email
- Verify details and submit
- After that, upload the scanned photograph along with the scanned signature of the candidate. In addition, one has to upload the scanned category certificate along with a 10th class certificate
- Click on reset/ Save and then pay the fee by clicking on fee payment tab
- Make sure that application fees must be paid after filling the JET 2021 application form completely
- Take printout of application form by clicking on Print button
Application Fee
The application fees are different for different categories. General candidates will pay Rs. 2800/- as application fees. On the other hand, candidates of the reserved category will pay Rs. 1400/-. The application fees will not be refunded back in any circumstances. It will not be paid via offline mode. It will be paid through internet banking, debit card, and credit card.
JET 2021 Exam Pattern
Here, we present the exam pattern for JET agriculture 2021 so that you can start your preparation for the entrance exam. Getting detailed knowledge about the exam pattern will help you in getting a better idea about which type of questions can be asked in the exam.
Here is the format :
- Total Number of questions –200
- Questions will be asked from Agriculture, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology
- Time duration: 120 minutes
- Type of questions: MCQs
- All the questions will be in English as well as in the Hindi language
- For each correct question, 4 marks will be awarded
- There is a provision for negative marking too. For each wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted
- All the questions will be asked in the English Language.
JET 2021 Selection Process
- Selection will be based on the merit in the JET Agriculture entrance test.
- The candidates who want to have admission to the undergraduate courses of the university have to go through the process of selection.
- Firstly, the aspirants will appear for the entrance test. For appearing in the entrance test, candidates will fill the application form along with the payment of application fees.
- After the completion of the examination, the result will be declared. Soon after the declaration of result, a counselling session will begin. Counselling will help the candidates in the allotment of seats.
JET Agriculture 2021 Syllabus
The candidates will get through the topics from Mathematics, Chemistry, Agriculture, Biology, and Physics. They must go through all the topics of class 11th and 12th to crack the exam. All the syllabus will include from the topics of these classes only.
JET Agriculture 2021 Admit Card
Candidates will be able to download the JET Agriculture admit card 2021 only after the release admit cards. As soon as the officials will release the admit card, they will display the link on the homepage of the official website. Candidates will not get any admit cards by post. So, the aspirants must ensure that they download the JET 2021 admit card for the entrance exam.
- Those candidates whose application form has not been filled completely will not be able to download the admit card
- Candidates whose application form will be submitted successfully will be able to download the admit card
- One will be able to download the admit card via using credential information like registration ID and password
- Along with the JET 2021 admit card, candidates should bring unique ID and recent passport size photograph along with black ball point pen for marking answers.
JET 2021 Result
Soon after the completion of the written exam, the JET 2021 results will be announced. Most probably, the result will be announced in the month of June 2021. However, before the declaration of JET 2021 results, the officials will also release the answer keys. The next process in the row is counselling in which passed candidates will get the allotment of seats as per the merit list.
JET 2021 Cut off
