Kerala CEE 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Nationality and Domicile
- Only Indian citizens can apply for Kerala KEAM 2021. There are different norms for Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)/ Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) cardholders as per the government of India.
- Candidates belonging to other States are also eligible for Kerala KEAM 2021. However, they need to produce required domicile documents at the time of admission.
Age limit
- Students who born on or after 31.12.2001 are eligible to appear in Kerala KEAM 2021 exam. However, there is also a provision of age relaxation in case if a candidate belongs to any special category.

KEAM 2021 Minimum Educational Qualifications
Architecture Programs
- B.Arch. – There will be no entrance test for admission in B.Arch. The Kerala KEAM will take admission in B.Arch. course on the basis of students’ NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) scores. This test is organized and held by the National Institute of Advanced Studies in Architecture.
Engineering programs
- B.Tech. (Agri. Engg.), B.Tech. (Dairy Science and Tech.) and B.Tech.(Food Engg.)- There will be a CBT for admission in B.Tech (any stream) course. Students seeking admission in B.Tech. (Agri. Engg)/B.Tech.(Food Engg.)/ B.Tech. (Dairy Science and Tech.) Should have passed in 10+2 Senior Secondary exam with the following subjects- Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects and Biology/Agri. science as an optional subject. For rest B.Tech branches students must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
Fisheries programs
- BFSc – Students seeking admission in BFSc must have passed in 10+2 Senior Secondary exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Veterinary Programs
- Veterinary BVSc. and AH- Students seeking admission in BFSc must have passed in 10+2 Senior Secondary exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
Agriculture Programs
- B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture and B.Sc. (Hons.) Forestry- Students seeking admission in any agriculture program must have passed in 10+2 Senior Secondary exam with Physics, Chemistry as compulsory subjects and one from Agriculture Science or Biology as an optional subject.
Medical programs
- BSMS, BAMS, BHMS, BDS, and MBBS- For admission in these courses, students must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at 10+2 level.
Kerala KEAM 2021 Application Fee
General category candidates applying for Kerala KEAM 2021 exam need to pay a fee of Rs 1000 as their registration fee. On the other hand, SC candidates are required to pay only 500 INR as their registration fee. No fee for ST candidates. A candidate selecting ‘Dubai’ examination venue will have to pay an extra amount of Rs 12,000/-.
Mode of Payment
All the candidates can pay their Kerala KEAM 2021 application fee in any of the two following modes-online payments and E-challan. To pay the fee online, you can use a debit/credit card or net banking. You can also pay the fee through e-challan by submitting cash in the selected SBT (State Bank of Travancore) branches.

Kerala KEAM 2021 Exam Pattern
It will be a computer-based test (CBT) having objective type questions. In CBTs, participated students need to sit in front of a computer for a fixed time duration in order to solve the question paper. There will be a separate question paper for every program.
Kerala KEAM 2021 entrance paper will be divided into several sections having an equal number of multiple-choice questions. The following are the main subjects of this exam- Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, General English, basics of computer fundamentals at the graduate level. Kerala KEAM 2021 exam will be of two-hour duration with 150 objective type questions.

- Online Application will be started from January 2021.
- The last date of printing online application form and sending a hard copy of the online application form to the ‘Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations’ is in between the last week of January 2021 to the First week of February 2021.
- Candidates can download e-admit cards from the official website from the second week of March 2021.
- Kerala KEAM engineering entrance test will be held on23rd of April 2021.
