Kerala TET Exam Pattern 2021
- Kerala TET exam 2021 will be conducted in offline mode.
- It has four papers for 4 different levels and the candidates will be able to choose the paper they want to appear for.
- Each paper will contain multiple choice objective questions (MCQs) and the candidates will get 2 hours and 30 minutes to answer all the questions in the Kerala TET 2021 examination.
Brief Structure
Each Paper of the Kerala TET 2021 exam will contain 150 MCQs that the candidates have to answer for 150 marks. These papers will be divided into multiple sections according to various subjects. The candidates must answer all the questions from all the sections except for Paper-II.
In Paper II the candidates will have a choice to answer the questions from either the Science/Math section or Social Studies section but the rest of the sections will be mandatory to answer. For every correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded and no marks will be deducted for any wrong answer or unanswered question.

Kerala TET Exam Date 2021
Kerala TET exam 2021 will be conducted most probably in the month of August 2021. The exact date for the KTET 2021 exam will be announced on the KTET website in the upcoming days. KTET Selection Process 2021
KTET 2021 selection process will consist of two stages. First, the candidates will be shortlisted according to the cut off marks in the written test based on merit and then they have to appear for the document verification.
KTET Cut Off
Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan will announce the cut off marks on the KTET website. The candidates will be shortlisted according to the cut off marks. All those candidates who qualify the KTET 2021 exam will have to appear for the document verification.
Document Verification
All the qualifying candidates of the KTET 2021 exam will have to appear for the document verification in front of the District Education Officer. Candidates have to bring their original documents with them and only those candidates who qualify the document verification will be issued the KTET Qualifying Certificate.
Note: The candidates should know that qualifying KTET does not mean that they will be given any job. KTET certificate can be used to apply for teaching jobs in the State of Kerala. The candidates will not have any right to get a teaching job just because he/she had qualified Kerala TET exam.
