The last date for submission of the online application is Aug 2021. However, the last date for payment of the examination fee is Aug 2021. Once payment is done, candidates can print their application form along with the receipt.
NVS Recruitment application form will be released by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti on its official website for the employment of candidates on a direct basis to the posts of Miscellaneous Category of Teachers (Art, Music, Librarian, PET – Male & Female), Female Staff Nurse, Assistant Commissioner, PGTs, TGTs, Legal Assistant, Catering Assistant and Lower Division Clerk in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya / HQ / Regional Offices of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti.
Eligible candidates who are interested in any of the before-said posts can apply online after checking eligibility conditions as mentioned below.

Candidates who are applying online for NVS recruitment 2021 must satisfy the following conditions as of the closing date of receipt of application i.e. Aug 2021.

NVS Recruitment Application Form 2021
NVS recruitment application form will be available on NVS websites up to Aug 2021. To apply online for NVS recruitment 2021, eligible candidates will have to fill and submit an online application through the NVS website. Before filling in the online application, eligible candidates will have to complete a mandatory registration.
Once registration is done, candidates will be able to complete their applications. Along with the application, candidates also have to pay the examination fee. However, candidates belonging to SC / ST / PH categories are exempted from payment of fees.
How To Apply Online For NVS Jobs?
NVS recruitment 2021 online application is divided into 3 sections viz., Sign Up, filling in online application, and payment of the online fee. To complete an online application, candidates are required to go through each of the said sections. Procedure to successfully fill in each of the sections are explained below in three simple steps
Step I: Sign Up
- Open the official website of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti or click here
- Under the ‘Recruitment’ tab, find and click on the ‘Fill Up Online Application’
- A new page will open up
- Find and click on apply link available against employment number –
- A new window will be displayed having ‘Important instructions to the candidates’ along with a direct link to apply online for NVS recruitment 2021
- Read important instructions carefully
- Read instructions for submitting an online application then proceed further to apply online
- Enter your personal details such as name, mobile no., email ID, etc.
- Enter your contact details
- Click on the ‘Submit’ tab
- You will receive the Application Sequence number (User ID) and Password on your email ID
Step II: Filling Up Online Application and Uploading Of Documents
- Login using your user ID and password
- Enter your personal details
- Enter your qualification details
- Enter eligibility details
- Upload scanned copy of the photo
- Upload a soft copy of the signature
- Upload soft copy of left thumb impression
- Read and accept the declaration
- Click on the ‘Preview’ tab to check details entered by you and make changes if required, otherwise click on the ‘Submit’ tab for submission of the application
- A message ‘Your Application has successfully submitted’ will be displayed on the screen
Step III: Payment Of Online Fee
- After 24 hours of submission of the application, login and click on the tab ‘Make Online Payment’
- A new page will be displayed having ‘SB Collect of State Bank of India portal’
- Check and confirm the details displayed on the screen viz., Application sequence no., Name, Mobile No., email ID, post, category, amount, etc.
- Click on the ‘Submit / Confirm’ tab
- Enter application sequence number and email ID
- Click on the ‘Submit’ button
- Select an online payment option
- Make payment through the selected option and get the transaction number
- Note down transaction number carefully for future reference
- Don’t forget to print e-receipt
After 2 days of deposition of the application fee through online mode, candidates will be able to check the status of their application form.
Documents Required
Candidates who are going to apply online for NVS job must keep the following documents
- Valid personal ID and mobile number
- Documents of Educational qualifications (essential and desirable)
- Credit/debit cards or details of internet banking
- Soft copy of a recent photo of passport size along with a scanned copy of signature taken on white paper using black ink pen; scanned copies of photo & sign should be in jpg/jpeg format with a file size less than 80 kb
Application Fee and Mode Of Payment
To apply for the post of Assistant Commissioner, candidates will have to pay an amount of Rs. 1500/- towards examination fee whereas for the posts of PGTs, TGTs, Miscellaneous Category Teachers & Female Staff Nurse, the examination fee is Rs.1200/-. The examination fee for the rest posts like Legal Assistant, Catering Assistant & Lower Division Clerk is Rs. 1000/-.
