PESSAT Registration 2023 [Apply Online & Application Form] : PESSAT Notification 2023 will be released by PES University in October 2022 for conducting PES Scholastic Aptitude Test. PESSAT entrance examination is held for providing admission in courses like BBA, B. Des., B. Tech., M. Sc. in Applied Economics, M. Tech., M. Sc. Engineering by research, MCA, MBA, BBA LLB, Ph.D., and other courses.
- PES University, Bengaluru offers admission in various management and engineering courses through PESSAT.
- Candidates looking for admission in Design courses have to appear in PESSAT DAT. The candidate’s admission will be based on merit in the written exam and Personal Interview.
- B. Arch Admission is done through NATA score and for BBA LLB (Hons), the CLAT score is accepted.
PESSAT engineering entrance exam will be conducted all over India but for other courses, the exam will be held only at PES Bengaluru. PESSAT 2023 registration will commence from 4th October 2022 and the last date to apply online id April 2023.

PESSAT Eligibility 2023
Every candidate who wishes to get admission to a specific course of the PES University must ensure that they are fulfilling the eligibility criteria of that specific course. The common eligibility criteria for undergraduate courses are as follows:
- The candidate must be a citizen of India
- They must have passed the class 12th exam
- The aspirants must have obtained at least 60% marks in class 12th
- They must have studied Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry in class 12th
- The minimum age of the candidate should be 17 years
- The maximum age of the candidate should be 25 years.
M. Tech Programme
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Technology from the recognized university of the country.
- They should have a valid GATE and PGCET scorecard
MBA Programme
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any of the disciplines from the recognized university of the country
- The aspirants must have obtained at least 60% marks in the Bachelor’s degree
- They can also apply via valid GRE, GMAT, CAT, CMAT, MAT, and PGCET scorecard.
PESSAT Application Form 2023
The mode of filling the PESSAT application form is online and it must be filled before the last date only along with fees.
PESSAT 2023 – How To Fill Application Form
The aspirants who want to apply for PESSAT 2023 have to fill the application form and it will be filled in the following manner.
- First of all, the interested candidates will visit the official website www.pes.edu.
- Click on the tab of ‘ Register’
- Now, it is the first step of filling the PESSAT application form 2023 in which the candidate has to select courses to be applied from the drop-down menu.
- The candidates will fill the required details such as the name of the candidate, gender, DOB, email ID, and click on the proceed button then on the edit/confirm button.
- After this, the registration part will get over and the applicant will get registration ID and password.
- Using this registration ID and password, candidates will fill all the personal and education details.
- The personal details page will appear once you click on confirm button
- Select/enter blood group, nationality, religion, category, caste, mother tongue, citizenship, family size
- Then select/ enter remaining details like PH category, address, qualifying exam details, marks, branch sought, etc.
- In addition, aspirants will also fill the preference for test centers. Select 3 exam centers then select the declaration
- Upload the candidate’s photograph and signature.
- Pay application fees Rs 1050.
- In last, take the print out of the PESSAT application form 2023.
PESSAT 2023 Application Fee
The candidate has to pay a fee of 1050 for applying for PESSAT 2023.
PESSAT 2023 Application Form Correction
Candidates can send the request for modification and corrections by sending email to pessat@pes.edu. In case, fees are deducted twice, then candidates can send the email to the authorities for the matter and the extra fees will be returned.
PESSAT Exam Pattern 2023
- All the entrance exams for admission in different courses will be through online mode except for the entrance exam of B. Des. which will be pen and paper-based
- There will be only Multiple Choice Questions
- For the entrance exam of B. Tech, there will be a total of 180 questions and for the other courses, 180 questions will be there in the exam.
- For marking wrong answers, the candidates will lose 1/4th marks as negative marking for B.Tech admission, and there is no negative marking for admission to other courses under PESSAT.

B.Tech Syllabus
- Section 1: Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry – 11th class (30% Questions) and 12th class (70% Questions) CBSE questions
- Section 2: There will be 20 Questions from English grammar, and have Negative Marking of 1/4 mark for all subjects
B.Pharm/ D.Pharm
- Section 1: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology – 1st and 2nd PUC questions
- Section 2: English Comprehension
PESSAT Slot Booking
The candidates will be allowed to give the exam only after booking a test slot.
- Slot booking will be done online only
- The candidates who will fill the application form before the last date will be able to do PESSAT 2023 slot booking
- Dates for Slot booking will be the third week of April 2023
- Candidates will log in on the website by using registration number and DOB and can go for PESSAT slot booking 2023
PESSAT Admit Card 2023
Candidates who have completed the process of registration and slot booking will be able to download the PESSAT Admit Card 2023. It will be downloaded online from the official website. Candidates will enter the registration ID and password to download the PESSAT Hall Ticket 2023 which should be kept until the end of the complete admission process.

PESSAT Results 2023
PESSAT 2023 result will get declared online. The result for different courses will be declared separately. Candidates have to enter either the roll number or registration ID to download the PESSAT result 2023. Along with the result, the university will also release the merit list for counseling.

Cut Off
PESSAT cut off marks 2023 are the minimum marks that are required to qualify in the entrance test. Separate cut off will be released for different courses. In fact, there will be different cut off for different categories.
PESSAT Counseling
PESSAT Counseling will be held in June/ July by PES University. It consists of Personal Interview and Document Verification. Candidates have to attend the Personal Interview, upon qualifying the PI, they have to attend at the venue for DV and Seat allotment. Keep the following documents for PESSAT DV.
