TSPSC Group 4 Eligibility Criteria 2022
Age Limit and Relaxation
At the time of attempting online application, a candidate should be in between 18 to 36 years. According to the rules & regulations of the organization, relaxation in the maximum age limit will be given to the candidates of reserved categories.

Essential Educational Qualifications
Interested candidates should have passed a bachelor’s degree or any other relevant examination from a recognized educational board.
For LD/Junior Steno post
Applicant should have a bachelor’s degree of any University in India OR any equivalent qualification and should have passed the Government technical examination in shorthand and typewriting by the higher grade in the relevant language.
For Typist post
Applicant should have a bachelor’s degree of any University in India OR any equivalent qualification and should have passed the Government technical examination in typewriting by the higher grade in Telugu on Government Standard Key Board.
For Junior Assistant post
Applicant should have a bachelor’s degree from any University in India OR any equivalent qualification.

TSPSC Group 4 2022 Application Fee & Mode Of Payment
All the candidates have to pay a fee of Rs. 200/- as their TSPSC Group 4 application processing and Rs. 80/- as examination fee. However, candidates belonging to reserved categories will be free from the payment of the examination fee.
Candidates should have to pay their application and examination fee online by using any national bank’s credit or debit card/ net banking. Submission of application and examination fee is necessary for candidates.
TSPSC Group 4 Exam Pattern
TSPSC Group 4 exam pattern consists of 2 stages. Stage I will be an Objective type written test with two Papers, held in offline/online mode i.e. OMR based/ Computer Based Test (CBT), and Stage II Computer Proficiency Test, practical type.
- The written exam will be consisting of two subjects – Paper I General Knowledge and Paper-II Secretarial abilities.
- Paper I and Paper II each will consist of 100 MCQs for 100 marks and each paper duration is 150 minutes.
- There will be no negative marking.

Computer Proficiency Test
After the written test, candidates should have to appear in a test of “Proficiency in Office Automation with the usage of computers and associated software”. It will consist of 4 questions of a total of 50 marks to be solved in 30 minutes.
- Part A – MS-Word: Type a letter/paragraph/passage of about 150 words in MS-Word for 20 marks.
- Part B – MS-Excel: Prepare a table or graph in MS-Excel for 15 marks.
- Part C – MS-PowerPoint: Prepare PowerPoint Presentations/Slides (Two) on MS-PowerPoint for 10 marks.
- Part D – E-mail: Display the content of the E-mail (Inbox).
Note: Minimum qualifying marks in the computer proficiency test for OC candidates will be 20, BCs will be 17.5, and SC/ST/PH will be 15.

7 days before the date of examination, the Telangana State Public Service Commission will issue a TSPSC Group 4 call letter to each candidate. To obtain a call letter, a candidate has to download it from TSPSC’s official website. The process of downloading an e-call letter is given below:
