Age limit and relaxation
General applicants should be in between 21 to 30 years as on 31.03.2021. Applicants from the reserved category will be provided the age relaxation accordingly. Here are the details

Minimum Education Qualifications
As per last year’s UIIC AO official notification, here we are providing minimum educational qualification details needed for several AO posts.

UIIC AO 2021 Application Fee and Mode Of Payment
All the general category candidates have to pay a fee of Rs 536/- as their application fee (Rs.300/-) including intimation charges (Rs.236/-) but SC/ST/PWD candidates & confirmed employees of UIIC have to pay only Rs. 236/- as their intimation charges.
All the candidates have to pay their application fee if applicable and intimation charges online by using mobile wallets, IMPS, internet banking, and credit/debit card. Fee/intimation charges submitted in other modes will not be accepted by UIIC.
Note – GST @ 18% extra will be charged on Application and intimation fee
UIIC AO 2021 Application Form and Process
Candidates need to visit the site www.uiic.co.in inorder to fill the application for the PO openings in UIIC. All candidates should make sure that they have taken their passport size photos and Xerox of their degree and other certificates to complete the online application process.

Essential Documents to Apply
Before applying online for UIIC AO 2021, a candidate must have the following documents- Xerox copies of degree, relevant certificates, Valid ID (pan card, voter ID card, DL, etc.), and scanned copies of passport size photograph and signature in requisite format.
UIIC AO 2021 Exam Pattern
For AO Medical
UIIC AO Medical Scale I selection will be based on the Qualification, experience, overall suitability for the Interview.
For Generalist
- The question paper will be divided into 5 different sections i.e. Reasoning (50 questions), English language (40 questions), Quantitative Aptitude (50 questions), General awareness (40 questions), and Computer literacy (20 questions).
- Each question in all the sections will be of 1 mark.
- There will be negative marking as well if a candidate selects a wrong answer. ¼ will be subtracted from the final score for each wrong question.
- All the candidates will get a maximum of 2 hours to solve all the sections.
For Specialist
- The question paper will be divided into 5 different sections i.e. General Awareness (40 questions), Quantitative Aptitude & computer literacy (40 questions), English Language (40 questions), Reasoning (40 questions) as well as an additional part to evaluate candidates’ professional and technical knowledge in the relevant stream (40 questions).
- Overall, there will be a total of 200 MCQs of a maximum of 200 marks.
- The time duration will be 2 hours.
Descriptive Test
It will be a common test for both generalists and specialists. It will be a letter and essay writing test containing a total of 2 questions of 30 marks (10 marks for letter and 20 marks for essay writing). Each candidate will get 30 minutes to solve this test.
Interview
Applicants must pass the descriptive exam but the marks of the descriptive exam will not be considered for the final selection. The final selection will depend on the candidates’ performance in online objective test performance and the interview.

UIIC AO 2021 Admit Cards
To download UIIC AO admit card, a candidate has to visit UIIC’s website when s/he receives an intimation SMS or email. UIIC will intimate each candidate to download the admit card through SMS or email. To download the admit card, candidates have to follow the below procedure
- Open the link given in intimation SMS or email
- Enter registration Number/roll Number
- Select password/date of Birth
- Hit the ‘Submit’ button
- Your UIIC AO 2021 admit card will be popped up on your computer’s screen
- Save it into your computer
- Take a printout
- Paste your latest clearly seen PP size photo on the given place
- Your admit card is ready

UIIC will declare UIIC AO 2021 result after few weeks from the date of the examination. Candidates will be intimated through email or SMS when UIIC declares the result. Candidates have to check their results on UIIC’s website.
UIIC AO 2021 Cutoff
- For Objective Test
If a candidate clears the cutoff of each section but fails to clear the overall cutoff, then such a candidate will not be able to qualify.
- For Descriptive test
The candidate must clear the cutoff in the descriptive examination as well.
UIIC AO 2021 Counseling
