Candidates who want to apply for UPPSC PCS & ACF / RFO services examination 2021 are required to fill and submit a common online application form before the last date i.e. 4th June 2021. The on-line application process includes 3 stages:
How To Apply Online?
Stage I: Registration
- Open UPPSC’s website
- On the homepage, you will several tabs, sections, links, etc.
- Find and click on ‘Click here to Apply Online’ link
- A new page will be opened having the main heading as ‘*** All Notifications/Advertisements Details ***’ and ‘Apply Online’ tab for ‘Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services Preliminary Examination’
- Click on ‘Apply Online’ tab
- Click on the ‘Registration’ tab
- Read the question and select the appropriate answer
- If you will select ‘Yes’ then a box will be pop-up where you have to enter ‘Your previous/old Registration Number’ & click on ‘Proceed’ tab to fill & submit an online application form
- If you don’t know ‘Your previous/old Registration Number’ or if you are a new user on UPPSC’s website then select ‘No’ option
- On selecting ‘No’ option, you will a new page having ‘Candidate Basic Registration Form’
- Select choice of examination & type of recruitment
- Enter your personal information like name, father’s name, mobile number & email ID
- Select your category, date of birth, gender & marital status
- Provide your educational details such as ‘Board name’, ‘year of passing’ & ‘roll no.’
- Provide your essential qualification details
- Enter verification code
- Click on the tab ‘Validate & Preview’ tab and make changes (if required) by clicking on ‘Click here to modify’ tab
- After making corrections (if needed), click on the ‘Submit Application’ tab
- Don’t forget to print your registration slip
- Here your first stage shall be completed
- Now, move on to next stage
Stage II: Payment
- After attempting registration, you will see a link ‘Click here to proceed for payment’
- Click it
- On clicking the said link, you will multiple payment options like ‘Net banking’, ‘Card Payments’, etc.
- Select any payment option and make payment
- After submitting the required fee through any of the given options now you will see a ‘Payment Acknowledgement Receipt (PAR)’
- Print it by clicking on the ‘Print Payment Receipt’ link
- Now, move on to the next stage of your online application process
Stage III: Final Submit
- After making payment & printing payment receipt, you will see a link ‘Proceed for final submission of Application form’
- Click it
- Now, enter all the required information
- Upload scanned copies of your photo & signature
- Fill all the entries
- Then click on the ‘Preview’ tab
- Now, click the ‘Submit’ button

UPPSC PCS & ACF / RFO services examination 2021 will consist of three stages of examination:
- Preliminary examination
- Main examination
- Viva-voce (Personality test)
Stage 1 Preliminary Examination
Stage 1 or prelim exam will consist of two mandatory papers having objective type questions. Each paper shall be of 2 hours duration and for 200 marks. Further details are given below:
