Eligibility Criteria For Selection
The company sets certain eligibility criteria for candidates who apply for the various posts offered by the company. Candidates must fulfill all the below mentioned criteria for being selected failing which they shall not be considered.
- Candidates belonging to the BE, B.Tech., MCA, CS, IT, Circuit branches, or other relevant branches can apply for the vacant posts as per the requirement of the post.

Candidates will also be asked questions related to basic grammar questions such as synonyms, antonyms, idioms and phrases, paragraph completion, sentence rearrangement and correction, vocabulary, etc.
- The quantitative aptitude section aims to test the mathematical skills of the candidates. Candidates will be tested on a variety of topics ranging from algebra, ratio, and proportion, simple and compound interest, profit and loss, HCF & LCM, permutations and combinations to time speed and distance, time and work, trigonometry, height and distance, percentage, probability, etc.
- The logical reasoning section is conducted to test the logical and analytical reasoning ability of the candidates. Topics include data interpretation, puzzles, graphs, charts, tables, etc.

- The total duration of the test is 60 mins and there will be total of 55 questions.

- The verbal ability section consists of three reading comprehensions which will test the reading skills of the candidates. - The attention to detail consists of questions from puzzle matching. The questions can be a little tricky and candidates will have to pay keen attention while solving it.
Round 2: Technical Interview Round
This round aims to test the in depth knowledge about basic concepts and the technical know-how of the candidates. All those candidates who clear the written round are then invited for this round. This is the round where the chances for elimination are the most. Candidates must therefore have a stronghold over all their concepts and they should be clear with their subject.
Questions can be asked from a variety of important concepts such as programming language/s, algorithms, database management system, operating systems, networking, OOP’s concepts, etc. The company will also test the coding skills of the candidates by giving them certain coding-related questions which the candidate will have to attempt within the stipulated time. If the candidate belongs to a field other than CS/IT, then he/she is supposed to have in depth knowledge of their respective subjects of study.
Round 3: HR Interview Round
This is the final round of the selection process where candidates who clear the above two rounds are invited for a face-to-face interview with the HR of the company.
The HR round is considered to be an impromptu round where candidates can expect any range of questions whatsoever. There are no such specific set of questions that HR may or may not ask. Clearing this round depends purely on the skill, talent, and presence of mind of the candidate.
