SBI Clerk 2022 apply online process starts on 27 April 2022 and the last date is 20th May 2022. Candidates can fill the SBI Clerk application form before the last date by paying the required fee. Educational Qualification
To be considered eligible for SBI Clerk/ Junior Associate post, candidates must be a Graduate in any relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
All such candidates who possess an Integrated Dual Degree are also eligible to apply provided that they have passed their degree course prior to the starting of the online application.
Candidates who are Matriculate Ex-Servicemen and have obtained the Indian Army Special Education Certificate or any such corresponding certificate in the Navy or the Air Force are also eligible to apply.

Exam Pattern and Selection Procedure
The SBI PO exam 2022 will be conducted in three stages by the State Bank of India viz. Prelim, Main, and Interview round. Candidates will have to clear all three phases to be considered eligible for an appointment.

- Descriptive Test: After the objective type test, there will be a descriptive test of 50 marks conducted over a duration of 30 minutes to test the English writing skills of the candidates.
After the Mains exam is conducted, a merit list will be formulated by taking into consideration the aggregate marks scored in the mains. Selected candidates up to 3 times the number of total vacancies shall be invited for the interview round.
SBI PO Interview
SBI PO interview round will be of 50 marks with group exercises of 20 marks and interviews of 30 marks. Candidates will have to clear this round as well to be selected for the final appointment.
Final Merit List
After all the three stages are conducted, the final merit list will be formulated. The marks scored in prelims shall not be taken into consideration. The marks scored by candidates in the mains exam will be converted out of 75 marks and the marks scored in the interview round shall be converted out of 25 marks. The final aggregate score that will be considered shall be out of 100 marks, on the basis of which the final merit list is prepared.
SBI PO Salary
SBI PO 2022 salary includes the present basic pay of Rs. 27,620 along with 4 advance increments in the pay scale of Rs 23700-980/7-30560-1145/2-32850-1310/7-42022. Candidates apart from their salary are also eligible for other benefits such as TA, DA, HRA, CCA, Medical, and other allowances.

Exam Pattern and Selection Procedure
SBI might conduct a written exam for selection to all these posts, or candidates will be selected purely based on interview and merit list.
Interview
The State Bank of India set up a committee known as the shortlisting committee whose sole responsibility is to shortlist the most desired candidates from the bunch of eligible candidates. All the selected candidates will then be called on for the interview round. The decision of the bank will be binding and final in this case.
Final Merit list
After the commencement of the interview, the final merit list will be prepared in descending order of marks secured by different candidates. All such candidates who make it to this list are then recommended for the final appointment.

Interview Round
The SBI forms a shortlisting committee that is responsible for the selection of candidates for the interview round. The committee sets certain parameters based on which candidates are shortlisted for an interview. The decision of the bank for calling candidates for the interview round shall be final and binding.
Final Merit List

Exam Pattern and Selection Procedure

Exam Pattern and Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected through a written exam or through an interview followed by the formulation of a merit list.
Interview Round
The State Bank of India will set up a shortlisting committee that will be responsible for the selection and shortlisting of eligible candidates for the interview round. Mere clearing the eligibility criteria does not guarantee selection to the interview round. The committee will set up certain parameters based on which it will call candidates for interviews.
Merit List
The final merit list will be prepared in descending order based on the marks scored by the selected candidates in the interview round. All such candidates whose names are found in the merit list are then recommended for final appointment.

- Experience in the banking sector as prescribed plus he/she must possess MBA in Finance/ICWA/ACS/CA or equivalent PG Degree in finance and age limit must be between 30-40 years for the post of SME MMGS III.
- Experience of minimum 5 years in the banking sector as an executive in management/ supervisory role in Public sector bank/ Scheduled commercial bank/ its associate or subsidiary bank or listed financial company/ institution for MMGS III posts.

Exam Pattern and Selection Process
SBI SME exam for the post of Special Management Executive will consist of an online objective test and Group Exercise and Interview. There will be a separate exam for Middle Management Grade Scale-II and Scale III. The online objective test for GGMS II will have 200 questions for 150 marks and GGMS III online exam will have 200 questions for 200 marks and the time duration will be 120 minutes for both GGMS III and III. Group exercise/ Interview will be for 50 marks.

Salary
SBI SME (Special Management Executive) salary will be on the pay scale of 42022-1310/5-48570-1460/2-51490. Annual CTC will be approximately 18 lakhs. They will get HRA, DA, CCA, LFC, Contributory Pension, Medical Facility, PF, etc. as per government rules.
