JNU Admission 2021 Apply Online : JNUEE 2021 notification will be released by NTA on behalf of Jawaharlal Nehru University @https://jnuexams.nta.nic.in/ in the first week of March 2021. JNUEE registration commences from 2 March and the last date to apply online is 31st March 2021. JNUEE is an all India level entrance exam conducted for admission to Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Research programs at JNU.
- NTA will conduct the JNU Entrance Exam on various dates for each course or set of courses in May 2021.
- JNUEE Admit Cards can be downloaded from the NTA website in the last week of April 2021.
- The final selection will be based on performance in CBT, except M.Phil and Ph.D. for which viva-voce is conducted along with CBT.

JNU Admission Policy
JNU admits students to different courses based on the merit secured by the applicants in written Examination and this examination is named as JNU Entrance Exam conducted by NTA.
For M.Phil and Ph.D., a Viva Voce Examination is also conducted along with CBT. The weightage for the written exam and viva voce is 70% and 30% respectively.

JNU Admission 2021 Notification
JNU invites applications for JNU Entrance Examination (JNUEE) from eligible candidates in March every year. They will be required to submit the filled-in application forms within the last week of March.

JNU Admission 2021 Eligibility
The eligibility for admission to the different courses for which admission is done through JNU Entrance Exam is as per the table given below:

- Candidates appearing for the respective qualifying examination can also apply for the particular course. However, if they are selected, they will be granted admission only if they secure the minimum qualifying percentage of marks.
- The same will be verified at the time of admission when they will have to submit the original copy of the mark sheet of their qualifying examination.
The final date for seeking admission is the 14th of August every year and after this, candidates cannot get admission for the specific academic year.
Nevertheless, candidates, who do not join by the stipulated date mainly because of the fact that the result of the qualifying examination was not announced, can join in the next academic year or semester by submitting a written request with the approval of the concerned school without having to take up the JNU test again.

List of Documents Needed
The original documents are required only at the time of admission and not at the time of applying for the university. Candidates selected for admission to the JNU will have to report for registration/admission along with the original copies of their mark sheet of the qualifying examination.
JNU Admission 2021 Exam Pattern
JNU Entrance Exam is conducted for admission to the different courses, so the pattern differs from one course to another.
- Paper can be a subjective type or of objective type. Candidates can check the same from the official website of the Jawaharlal Nehru University.
- However, the general format is that there will be a single question paper of three-hour duration for each course of study or each set of course of study.
- The test is held for four days with two or three-hour sessions each day.
- For some courses, JNU conducts a viva voce for admission and only some candidates will be selected to take up the viva voce test from those taking the written test.

JNU Admission Admit Card
The applicants are provided with admit cards that are computer-generated. So candidates should download JNUEE admit cards around the last week of April 2021 from the official website. They will be allotted registration number for appearing in the entrance test.

JNUEE Answer Key
NTA will release the JNUEE answer key prior to the announcement of the result on its website and displayed for 3 days. Candidates can check the answer key and raise objections if any by paying Rs.1000/- per question. Answer key Challenging window will be opened for 3 days.
NTA will also display an attempted question paper of the candidate to all the candidates for 3 days prior to the declaration of result.
JNU Admission Results
JNUEE Result 2021 will be released in June 2021 @https://jnuexams.nta.nic.in/. Candidates can check the result by using application number and password.

Cut-off
The university will decide the cut-off for admission to each course based on different criteria:
- Based on the past year cut-off
- On the basis of the number of applicants
- Based on the toughness of the question paper for the entrance test for the specific course.
