SAAT 2019 Application Form [Apply Online] : Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University is a NAAC accredited deemed university located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Like other universities, the admission is offered through entrance test called Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan Admission Test (SAAT). SAAT is conducted every year for selecting the candidates into various courses. It is a national level entrance test.

This entrance test is conducted for different courses that are offered in various institutions of this university. The entrance exam for various courses except medical as well as dental courses (UG and PG) is conducted through SAAT.


Dates for eleventh edition of SAAT have been released on the official website of SOA @ SAAT 2019 will be a national level entrance test being held for taking admissions into several programs offered in constituent institutes / schools of the university.

SAAT entrance test will be conducted in both offline and online format at centres across several cities of India. Dates for both online and offline examinations have been released and available on the official website. Candidates who want to write SAAT 2019 are required to fill and submit an online application. The last date for submission of online form is March 31, 2019. Before applying online, they are recommended to know few things such as important dates, admit card, exam centres, admission procedure, exam procedure, final admission, how to fill online form, merit list, rules for exam etc.

SAAT 2019 Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for different courses are different. These  are as follows:

Bachelor Degree Programmes

B. Sc. In Nursing (Basics)Applicant must have passed class 12th exam
Candidates who are appearing in class 12th exam are also eligible for SAAT 2019
Minimum marks: 45%
The lower limit of age is 17 years
B. Sc. In AgricultureApplicant must have passed class 12th exam
Candidates who are appearing in class 12th exam are also eligible for SAAT 2019
Minimum marks: 50%
The lower limit of age is 17 years
Upper limit of age is 23 years
BHMCTApplicant must have passed class 12th exam
Candidates who are appearing in class 12th exam are also eligible for SAAT 2019
Minimum marks: 45%
B. PharmaApplicant must have passed class 12th exam
Candidates who are appearing in class 12th exam are also eligible for SAAT 2019
B.Tech. / Dual Degree in EngineeringApplicant must have passed class 12th exam
Candidates who are appearing in class 12th exam are also eligible for SAAT 2019
Minimum marks: 50% (aggregate marks in Mathematics and Physics)
  • If candidates have passed class 12th, then they can apply for SAAT 2019 BCA, BBA, BA LLB, BBA LLB, BHMCT, B. SC. Nursing, B. Pharma, B. Sc. Agriculture and B. Tech entrance exams.
  • If candidates have passed MCA/ M. SC./ BE/ B. Tech. then they can apply for SAAT 2019 entrance exam for the appropriate course.
  • If candidates have passed B. Sc. Nursing, then the candidates can apply for SAAT M. Sc. Nursing entrance exam.
  • If candidates have passed B. Pharma, then they can apply for SAAT M. Pharma entrance exam.

SAAT 2019 Application Form

The details for SAAT application form 2019 is given below:

  • The mode of application will be online only . The window of online application  has been opened and the last date for submission of online form is March 31, 2019
  • Before filling SAAT application form 2019, candidates must read the instructions carefully and read the eligibility criteria for their desirable course
  • They should fill all the details carefully
  • Applicants must have a valid email id and mobile number

How To Fill SAAT Online Application Form 2019

  • Aspirants will visit the official website 
  • Click on link of Apply
  • Enter the name of candidate, email ID and Mobile number
  • One time password will be generated and will be sent to the entered mobile number.
  • Verify the OTP
  • Now, fill the application form. Enter all the details correctly and make sure that they are correct
  • Upload the signature and photograph. The scanned images must be in JPG/GIF/PNG format only
  • Submit all the details after rechecking it once again.
  • After submission of application form, take the print out of application form

The candidates do not have to pay application fees for filling up SAAT application form.

SAAT 2019 Exam Pattern

SAAT 2019 will be held in both offline and online mode between April 14 to 28, 2019. SAAT 2019 will have only Objective Type Questions. The language of the entrance test will be English Medium. The applicants will be rewarded with 4 marks for each correct answer but for the wrong ones they have to pay the penalty of 1 mark which is considered as negative marking.

SAAT 2019 Selection Process

The candidates will pass through the selection process in order to get admission in the desirable course. They have to pass in the entrance exam and then they have to attend the counselling session for the allotment of courses.

SAAT 2019 Admit Card

SAAT admit card 2019 will be available online for downloading from April 05, 2019 onwards. The aspirants will have to download the SAAT admit card 2019 online only. They will have to use the application number to download the SAAT Hall Ticket 2019. The aspirants will also need to carry an ID proof along with SAAT 2019 admit card in the exam hall. It is compulsory to carry the admit cards.

SAAT Results 2019

SAAT result 2019 will be declared online on the official website. Therefore, the applicants who will appear in the entrance test can check the result by entering their application number. The passed candidates will be called for counselling session on the basis of merit list. The SAAT 2019 result will be declared on May 04, 2019.

SAAT Cut Off

SAAT cut off 2019 will be required to be considered as passed candidates and it will be the basis for merit list. There will be course wise merit lists which are as follows:
