APPSC Group 4 Result Date
The exact date of the APPSC Group 4 result has not yet been released by the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission. However, as a general practice, the commission will release the answer key after the APPSC Group 4 examination.
After the release of the answer key, candidates will be given a week’s time to raise their objections if any for the answer key within a week. After the release of the final answer key, the result will be published by the Commission on the official website.
How To Download APPSC Group 4 Results?
Here is the process that every candidate, who has applied for the APPSC Group IV examination, will have to follow to know their result:

- On the home page, find and click on ‘Results”,
- When they click on this, they will be taken to a page that contains the links to the results of many recruitment examinations conducted by APPSC
- They will have to click on the appropriate link that shows Group 4 examination result 2021
- They will be taken to another page that requires OTPR and password
- Enters these details and login
- The resulting page contains both qualified candidates and nonqualified candidates in Group IV
- When they click on these links, they will be taken to a PDF that contains the register numbers of qualified candidates and non-qualified candidates with their score

In addition to the list of the registered numbers of qualified candidates, the other PDF page will also have the details of non-qualified candidates along with their scores in both Paper 1 and paper 2. In addition to posting the result on the official website, the same copy will be posted on the notice board of the APPSC Office as well.
APPSC Group 4 Previous Year Cut Off
In general, the minimum qualifying cut-off mark will be decided by APPSC based on different factors. It will be decided on the basis of the toughness of the paper, the number of applicants, etc. However, candidates can decide on the expected cut-off based on the past year’s cut-off.
Candidates can get to know the qualifying mark only once the results are out for the year 2021 Group 4 Recruitment. The APPSC will release the merit list for different districts and merit lists will be published based on the number of applicants for the group IV recruitment in the state.
The minimum qualifying mark to be secured by a candidate for the further selection processes for OC is 40%, BC is 35% and for SC, ST, and PH candidates, the minimum qualifying mark is 30% based on the relevant rules. The minimum qualifying mark will be relaxed in the case of candidates from the SC/ST/BC/PH category at the discretion of the commission.
However, mere securing of the minimum qualifying mark by a candidate does not give any right to the candidates for the selection. He/she will have to get through the cut-off prescribed by the commission, and the further processes like certificate verification, educational qualification, and other requirements.

Final Selection
The final selection of candidates and allotment of department/service for the APPSC Group 4 will happen based on the rank in the merit list and based on the district preference opted by the applicants at the time of making an application for the Group IV recruitment.
