Candidates who wish to apply online for LIC HFL Recruitment must fulfill the eligibility conditions as mentioned below.
Nationality
Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply for a vacancy of Assistant / Associate / Assistant Manager released under LIC HFL Recruitment notification.
Age Limit (As of 01 Jan 2021)
- Minimum age – 21 years
- Maximum age – 28 years
Candidates must have been born between 02 Jan 1991 and 01 Jan 1998 (both dates inclusive).
Age Relaxation
No relaxation in the upper age limit for reserved category candidates is applicable.
Educational Qualification
As of 01 Jan 2021, candidates must possess the following educational qualification
- Assistant – bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum aggregate 55% marks
- Associate – Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum aggregate 60% marks and passed CA – Inter examinations
- Assistant Manager – Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum aggregate 60% marks and full-time MBA or MMS or PGDM / PGPM / PGDBM / PGDBA in any discipline with minimum aggregate 60% marks. The course should be of 2-years’ duration and not completed through part-time / correspondence

First, candidates have to complete a mandatory registration, once registration is completed, they will get a registration no. and password on their registered email ID and mobile. Through registration no. and password, candidates will be able to access the online application. After filling in the online application, they have to upload scanned copies of required documents. LIC HFL Application Fee 2021
Candidates applying for any post (Assistant Manager / Associate / Assistant) are required to pay an amount of Rs. 500/- against their online application fee. Along with the application fee, candidates also have to pay GST @ 18% of the application fee.
