SBI PO 2018 Eligibility Criteria
SBI PO 2018 Exam eligibility is one of the most important things to consider before filling an online application form. Therefore, read below-mentioned SBI PO 2018 eligibility criteria properly and check whether you are eligible to apply or not
Candidate’s age should be in between 21 to 30 years as on 1st April 2018. However, candidates of Schedule Tribe/Schedule Caste/other backward class/Ex-servicemen categories are eligible for age relaxation. A person with physical disability can also opt for age relaxation while filling an online application form. Relaxation in maximum age limit will be applicable as given below

- Essential Educational Qualifications
Applicants who have graduation degree (any discipline) are eligible to apply. Though, their degree must be recognized by a central board/university/institution. Graduation final year students can also apply to SBI PO 2018 exam. But at the time of appointment they need to represent original graduation degree or certificate of completion.
SBI PO 2018 Application Fee and Mode Of Payment
All the candidates have to pay SBI PO 2018 application fee of Rs. 600/- including intimation charges. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories need to pay Rs 100/- as intimation charges only. General and reserved categories are required to know that intimation/application charges once paid will not be refunded or transferred under any circumstances.

Interested candidates have to pay SBI PO 2018 application fee/intimation charges in online mode only. Candidates can make the payment by using a debit card/credit card/internet banking.
SBI PO 2018 Application Form and Process
Candidates interested to apply need to fill and submit SBI PO 2018 online application in between April 21st to May 13th, 2018. Complete application process is given below
- Open SBI’s website in your browser @ www.sbi.co.in
- On visiting SBI’s website, you will find an ‘announcement’ tab where you will get the latest recruitment exam’s news along with their ‘apply now’ buttons. Click ‘apply now’ button in order to proceed further.
- Your click will take you to a new page where you need to fill basic details such as name, email address & mobile number.
- On submitting these details, you will instantly get a provisional registration number as well as a password through email/SMS
- Now, login into your online account with the same registration no. & password to complete online application process
- Fill rest details asked in online application form
- After filling the form, don’t forget to check details properly as you can’t edit them once submitted. By clicking the ‘save and next’ button, you will land on the next page where you have to upload scanned copies of your latest passport-size picture along with signature. Make sure you have scanned photo and signature as per the required format. After all this, just click the ‘upload’ button and finally the ‘next’ button. (Note- photo size should be less than 50kb and signature size should not more than 20kb)
- Online application fee is the final step of your online SBI PO 2018 exam form. If you are a general candidate then you need to pay Rs 600 as your online application fee otherwise Rs 100 for candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories.
- Applicants are advised to take out a print out of their application form along with fee receipt for future reference.

SBI PO 2018 Exam Pattern
SBI PO 2018 Exam pattern has given in detail in the official notification. This year, SBI will conduct SBI PO 2018 examination in three stages. The first one will be an online preliminary examination and the second will be an online main examination followed by the group exercise & personal interview. Applicants who wish to get a PO job in SBI need to be qualified in all three stages.
Stage I Examination
Preliminary exam paper will be divided into three sections. Name of the sections are as follows- English language, quantitative aptitude, and reasoning ability. First English language section will contain 30 questions of 30 marks and second and third sections contains 35 questions each and each question carries1 mark. Total time duration of SBI PO prelim exam will be one hour.
Stage II Examination
Candidates qualified in Stage I preliminary examination will be called by SBI for Stage II main examination. It will be an online objective and descriptive test. Objective test will be divided into four sections- Reasoning & Computer aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, General/Economy/Banking Awareness and English language. Total marks and total time duration will be 200 marks and 3 hours respectively. Just after appearing in objective test, candidates have to appear in descriptive test of 30 minutes duration with 50 marks. Descriptive test will be of English Language (Essay & Letter Writing). The examinees are needed to pass in this test by scoring passing marks (decided by the bank).
Stage III Examination
It will be the group exercises and personal interview of total 50 marks.

SBI PO 2018 Admit Card
The State Bank of India PO 2018 admit card or separate call-letters will be released for each stage. SBI upload all the admit cards before ten days of SBI PO exam. Candidates are advised to download their admit card as early as possible in order to avoid last minute rush. To download your admit card, you need to login to the SBI website by entering registration or roll number which was auto-generated at the time of online application form filling. Use your date of birth as password.

SBI PO 2018 Result
The State Bank of India will declare each stage’s examination result on its official website. To check your result, a candidate have to login into their account with the same registration no. & password. Once you logged into your account, you will see a ‘Result’ link.
