AP Grama Volunteer Jobs 2021 [Apply Online, Exam Date, Application Form] : AP Grama Volunteers notification will be released for recruiting eligible candidates on vacancies across the state of Andhra Pradesh on 20th April 2021. AP Grama Volunteer online application form will be available on the official website @https://gswsvolunteer.apcfss.in/ from 20th April 2021 and the last date of registration is 24th April 2021.
Eligible candidates can apply online to participate in the recruitment of Andhra Pradesh Grama Volunteers before the last date. Available Grama Volunteer vacancies will be filled through AP Village Volunteers recruitment before 1st May 2021. Candidates will be selected through an Interview conducted by a selection committee at Mandal/ urban level.
The candidate should belong to the same panchayat/village/ city to apply for the vacancies available in the respective panchayat or city. Training will be given to the selected candidates and the final selection list will be released on the day of the Interview and the entire recruitment process will be completed and appointments will be given to the selected candidates before 1st May 2021.
- Candidates applying for vacancies in villages must have Intermediate qualifications and for vacancies in cities, candidates must have a Degree or Graduation qualification.

AP Grama Volunteers Eligibility
Candidates who will be applying for AP Grama Volunteer jobs must confirm that they satisfy the following eligibility conditions. Only those candidates fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria must apply online for the ongoing recruitment of AP Grama Volunteers.
- He/ She must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh, hence only citizens of Andhra Pradesh state are eligible to apply.

- You will receive a message on the screen stating File upload successfully

- Enter present address such as District, Mandal/ Municipality, Grama panchayat and the other details such as Door number, Street name, pin code will be loaded
Upload Residence Proof
- Type of proof can be of Ration card, Voter card, residence certificate, Bank statement
- The file should be in pdf format and the size should be a maximum of 1 MB
- Use choose file option and click on the ‘upload’ button
- You will get a success message
- Click on ‘ok’
Contact Verification
- The mobile number will be loaded and it can be changed by using the edit option
- Enter mobile number and verify using the ‘send OTP’ option
- Enter received OTP and click on the ‘Verify’ option
- You will receive a ‘Success’ message stating that successfully verified

- Upload inter certificate by using choose file option and click on ‘upload’
- You will see the message File uploaded successfully, click on ‘ok’
Degree and Above (Optional)
- Select Qualification as Degree/ PG
- Select Board/ University, Enter Registration number, % marks secured, Year of pass

- Select Caste category status Yes/ No for Whether you belong to OC category
- If not ‘OC’, enter Caste certificate/ meeSeva caste certificate ID, click on ‘verify details’

- Upload caste certificate in pdf format with a size of max 1 MB, click on ‘upload’
- Select Differently abled details ‘Yes/ No’
- Select the type of disability

Application Fee
Candidates applying for AP Village/Grama Volunteer recruitment need not submit the application fee. AP Village Volunteer’s online application form can be submitted without application fees. No payment is required to submit the application form.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates for the positions of AP Village/Grama Volunteers will be done through the merit in the qualifying examination (SSC) or through the state-level test. However, details of the selection process are yet to be disclosed by the Government of AP.
AP Village Volunteer Interview
AP Village Volunteer recruitment Interview will be conducted from 26th April 2021 by a selection committee comprising of Mandal/ City officials and the selection list will be released on the day of the Interview and the appointments will be given before 1st May 2021. For every 50 houses, 1 Village Volunteer will be appointed. Appointed Village Volunteer will have to perform the following duties
- Visit the appointed houses on a regular basis to aware people about ‘Navaratnas’
- Promote various Government Schemes among local citizens
- Encourage people to participate in various Government schemes
- Quick and easy delivery of Government schemes

A Village Volunteer to be appointed in Andhra Pradesh will try to fill the gap between the government and people. He/she is liable for providing corruption-free services to the people of AP.
