- CAT or Common Admission Test is a nationwide computer-based test held in the country of India. It is an online aptitude test organized on rotation by the top 20 IIMs every year.

- CAT 2022 exam will be conducted by IIM Indore on Sunday, Nov 29, 2022.
- CAT 2022 exam will consist of three sections having questions on Verbal and Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Quantitative Aptitude (QA).
- The Paper will have a total of 100 questions distributed in three sections and to solve each section candidates will get a time of 60 minutes.

CAT Admit Card Release Date
The CAT 2022 admit card will be released on 28 Oct 2022 by IIM Ahmedabad on the official website of CAT 2022. The window for downloading the admit card will remain open until the day of the exam. All candidates who have signed up for CAT 2022 must go through the official notification to be well informed about CAT 2022. The notification contains information pertaining to the test as well as the admit card.

Registered candidates can acquire their CAT admit cards from the official website @iimcat.ac.in. Admit cards will contain all important information regarding proper conduct on the date of the test and candidates must go through the instructions given on the admit card.

Download CAT 2022 Admit Card
To access the admit card, a candidate must know the following:
- A candidate must be aware of their login credentials in order to download the admit card. In case of a forgotten password, it can be retrieved by clicking on the Forgot Password
- After entering the credentials, the candidate will be taken to a page containing a read-only pdf of the admit card.
- Candidates can click the download button to save the printout of the admit card.
- It is advised that at least 3 copies of the physical printout of the admit card should be kept for backup in order to make up for misplacement.
- A passport size photo of the individual must be pasted on the space provided before entering the exam venue.

Instructions
- A candidate who cannot produce his / her admit card will not be allowed entry into the examination hall.
- Candidates can only get his/her to admit card from the official website of CAT 2022.
- No admit card will be sent through post or mail. The candidate can download the admit card at their convenience within the stipulated time.
- Before printing the admit card, candidates are advised to check all the details for mistakes. If any problem arises, a candidate may contact the authorities to remedy the facts.
- The admit card will only be considered valid if the passport size photo and signature are clearly visible and not blurry.
- Candidates must inspect their admit card for scratches, stains, or scribbles that can compromise the authenticity of the admit card.
- Any scribbling on the back of the admit card is not permitted and may lead to disqualification.
- The admit card and photo ID will be the only items permitted in the exam hall. No other loose-leaf papers or study materials will be tolerated.
