JEE Main Admit Card 2023
NTA will release JEE Main admit card 2023 for the January session on or after Dec 17, 2022. Aspirants must have note that JEE Main admit card will be issued to students provisionally subject to satisfying the eligibility requirements. How to Download JEE Main Admit Card 2023?
You can easily download the JEE Main admit card 2023 after following a few simple below-mentioned steps.
- Open the official website of JEE Main or click here
- On the homepage, you will have to find and click on the JEE Main 2023 admit card link (Will be activated on or after Dec 17, 2022)
- A new page will be displayed where you have to enter ‘Application number’ and ‘Password’; ‘Application number’ must be of JEE Main 2023 exam [Jan session]
- Type the security pin as shown in the image
- Then submit all the details to get/download your JEE Main admit card 2023
- In no time, you will see your JEE Main 2023 admit card
- Check all the details mentioned in it. If any discrepancy found, report to the authorities immediately and get the details rectified
- If all the printed details are correct, then take a printout of the admit card of JEE Main 2023 and keep it safe.
Details on JEE Main Admit Card
Your JEE Main admit card will be printed with the following details
- Candidate’s Personal / Basic Details – Name, Roll Number, Application Number, Father’s Name, Course Name, Category, Date of Birth and Gender
- Exam’s Details – State of Eligibility, Test city and center code, Date and shift of Examination, selected paper name with other details [either Paper I or both Paper I & II)
- Other Details – Candidate’s photograph & signature, PwD Status [Latest]
Candidates who have opted to appear in both Paper I and Paper II, the date, test center, and shift may be different for Paper I and Paper II. Also, allocation of date and shift will be done at random.
Documents for JEE Main 2023 Exam
Each JEE Main 2023 [Jan session] aspirant will have to bring the following things/documents to the exam center of JEE Main 2023
- Downloaded JEE Main admit card
- 1 photograph [should be the same as used in JEE Main 2023 online application]
- PwD certificate [if applicable]
- A valid ID proof [must be issued by the competent authority]
Important Points To Be Remembered
- No aspirant will be permitted to appear at the JEE Main 2023 exam [Jan session] on other date & shift except that allotted to her/him in their admit card
- Aspirants should follow the instructions [printed on the admit card] during the conduct of the examination
- JEE Main admit card will not be sent by post or courier
- Main exam aspirants must report at the exam center 2 hours before the starting of JEE Main exam
- Aspirants should not bring any baggage inside the examination center
About JEE Main 2023
- JEE Main Exam Will be held by ‘National Testing Agency’ in more than 200 major cities/towns of India
- It Will be conducted two times from 2023 onwards
- Candidates can appear in both JEE Main exams 2023 [Jan & April]; the best score will be considered as final Main exam’s score; appearing in both exams is not mandatory for aspirants
- There will be two papers in the JEE Main 2023 exam [Jan session]
- Paper 1 will be for B.E. / B.Tech. aspirants; will be an online objective type test; MCQs will be from subjects- Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry
- Paper 2 will be for B. Arch/ B.Planning aspirants- divided in three parts – Part I – Mathematics, Part II – Aptitude Test and Part III – Drawing test; both Part I & II will be a ‘Computer Based Test’ and have MCQs; Part III will be a ‘Pen & Paper-based test [PBT]’ & have questions to test drawing aptitude; Part III must be attempted on drawing sheet
- The medium of question papers must be the same as selected by the candidate at the time of filling JEE Main 2023 online application; [available languages for JEE Main 2023 question papers are English, Hindi, and Gujarati]
