RRB ALP 2018 Eligibility Criteria

RRB ALP Eligibility 2018 – ALP & Technician Eligibility, Qualification & Age Limit :

RRB ALP 2018 Eligibility Criteria is given in the RRB ALP 2018 notification. It is assumed that RRB ALP 2018 will be one of the biggest railway recruitment examinations in the year 2018. Interested candidates have to fill and submit online application to apply for this recruitment examination but before attempting online application, a candidate is required to know that whether s/he is eligible or not. RRB ALP 2018 eligibility criteria are mentioned below in detail.

Citizenship/Nationality

• An applicant should be either an Indian citizen or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan.
• In addition to this, Tibetan refugees who came to India before 1962 or Indian origin people who was migrated from the United Republic of Tanzania, Burma, Sri Lanka, Uganda, Pakistan, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, East African Countries of Kenya, Ethiopia and Vietnam for permanently staying in India.
• However, all the candidates except Indian have to produce a certificate of eligibility approved as well as issued by the GOI (Government of India) at the time of document verification. Otherwise, their candidature will be cancelled by the RRB(s).

RRB ALP 2018 Age Limit

RRB ALP 2018 Age limit has been given in the notification. On 1^st July 2018, an applicant should be at least 18 years old but not more than 30 years. The minimum & maximum age limit is common for all the posts. However, as per the rules of GOI, relaxation in maximum age limit will be given to the applicants of the following below-mentioned categories after showing requisite certificate/document issued by the concerned government authority.

Note – Candidates opting for relaxation in maximum age should have to produce supportive documents at the time of document verification

Medical Standards For All The Posts

After verification of documents, the railway administration will conduct medical fitness test to know whether a shortlisted candidate is medically fine for the post opted by him/her or not. On the basis of different posts, different medical standards are outlined below
