AP VRO Application Form 2021 [Apply Online] : AP VRO 2021 Online Application form will be released and made available on Grama Sachivalaym’s official website after the release of the official notification for AP VRO 2021 by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Department of Revenue, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
The CCLA will open an online portal for candidates to fill and submit an online application to apply for VRO 2021 recruitment examination. Only eligible candidates have to submit the application by paying the required fee. Before applying online, interested candidates are required to check the eligibility conditions mentioned here.

AP VRO Eligibility
Candidates have to fulfill certain eligibility conditions to apply for the AP VRO Examination 2021. Domicile, Age limit, and educational qualification are the conditions any candidates must satisfy themselves before applying online for VRO/ VRA examination.
Nationality
The candidate must be an Indian citizen and must belong to Andhra Pradesh.
Age limit and Relaxation
Applicant should be 18 years old but not have attained an age of 42 years. However, relaxation in the upper age limit will be given to candidates belonging to the following categories.

Educational/ Academic Qualifications
AP VRO 2021 education qualifications are given here. Candidates have to fulfill certain educational qualifications to be eligible for the exam.
- SSC + NCVT certificate in Draughtsman civil trade of 2 years with surveying as one subject
- Intermediate vocational course with surveying as one subject conducted by BOI, AP
- Diploma in Civil engineering
- BE/BTech in Civil engineering/ equivalent
- Obtained licensed surveyor certificate
AP VRO 2021 Apply Online
Details on how to apply online for AP VRO/VRA 2021 have been given stepwise below.
Step 1: OTPR
- Visit the AP Grama Sachivalayam official website
- Now, find and click on the ‘ Click Here’ button below OTPR
- On clicking it, you will be redirected to a new page where you will see OTPR form
- Enter Applicant Basic Details such as candidate’s name, DOB, Gender, Aadhaar No
- If Aadhaar not available register with Valid Id proof such as Passport, Voter Id, Pan Card, Ration card, Bank passbook
- Enter mobile number
- Upload Photo with signature by using choose file option, the size should be no more than 50 kb, dimensions will be 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm/1.5 cm
- Check and click on the declaration
- Enter captcha code
- Click on the ‘Upload’ button
- A new page will be opened
- Check declaration
- Click on ‘This photo belongs to me’
- Enter mothers name, Fathers name
- Select community
- Enter Email Id
- Select Marital status
- Select Religion
- Select Yes/ No against Ex-servicemen, NCC instructor, Contractual employee, PH
- Enter Address details
- Enter Basic education details
- Select Yes/ No for GO 171/172
- Enter Educational qualification details of 10th
- Select Exam District preferences – (3)
- Click on Declaration 2
- Click on ‘Preview’
- Click on Submit after checking details, to make any changes use the ‘edit’ option
- The successfully submitted message will come and OTPR Registration ID will be shown
- Print the OTPR application using the ‘Print’ option
Step 2: Submit Online Application
- Click on ‘Click here to submit Online Application’ or Visit the home page and click on the ‘Click Here’ button under Submit Online ApplicationFill all the details of the form carefully as you cannot make any correction after attempting online application
- Categories page will be opened
- For VRO post, click on Category II Group B ‘Apply’ button
- Enter OTPR ID and Select DOB
- Enter captcha code and click on the declaration and then on ‘Submit’
- Click on Declaration 1
- Under Qualification details select a relevant qualification from the given 5 options

- Click on preview, check and edit the information if needed
- Click on the ‘Submit’ button
- You will receive application successfully submitted, Candidate ID will be generated
Step 3: Payment
- Click on ‘Click here to proceed to payment’
- Enter OTPR ID, Select DOB, enter verification code
- Now, pay the application fee online by using any of the available modes such as Debit/ Credit card, Net banking, UPI, etc.
- On successful payment, Transaction id page with print option will come
- Print payment e-receipt and print the application form
While attempting online application, candidates are required to know that they can apply for both the posts VRO and Village surveyor. General Candidates applying for these posts have to pay an application cum exam fee of Rs. 400/- and Reserved category candidates have to pay Rs.200/-.
AP VRO Fee 2021
Candidates have to submit fees to complete the application process of AP VRO/ VRA 2021. The application fee and exam fee of VRO/ VRA for General candidates are Rs. 400/- and for the candidates of SC/ ST and BC, it is Rs.150. For the PH category, there will not be any fee.

Mode Of Payment
Candidates have to submit AP VRO fee 2021 online using Net banking details/ Credit or Debit card. Only those applications whose fee is submitted successfully are considered completed.
AP VRO 2021 Exam Pattern
Candidates going to apply for AP VRO 2021 should be aware of the AP VRO 2021 exam pattern. As per available information, this year VRO recruitment examination will be a PBT (pen & paper-based test) having 150 MCQs of 150 marks. Questions will be asked from General Studies, arithmetic and logical skills, and Surveying and Drawing subject.

AP VRO 2021 Hall Ticket
